Damn honestly I've been a loyal customer. if not daily at least every other day. I recently moved to OC from LA and so when I came back for the usual 5gs for 25 I paid with a 100$ and i only received 25$ back. i didn't notice I didn't get the other 50$ till I got home in OC. Immediately came back but it was too late apparently. I lost 50$ when it wasn't even entirely my fault. Hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else. As for me I'm never coming back. One of my friends put me on to this shop. Everything started out great. The bud tenders are sexy and the weed is okay.Everything was going fine until I bought some Stale overpriced weed that was n the jar. They told me it was the best they had and I got home and throw it away. I went back the next day and didn't make a big deal about it at all but I noticed how they were now $10 cheaper. I explained the situation to the bud tender and she admitted they were all bad and that's why the price had dropped. I still was a loyal customer and still kept coming back. As I came back I spent more money. I started getting half zips. And I guess they have a rule we're if a customer spends more than $50 they can spin the wheel and get free prizes. I must have brought about 8 half ounces at the price of $120 and some $160 and only spun the wheel once with a bud tender who values her job and not getting over on the customers. The next time I go in I noticed the same bud tender I brought the half ounces from the other day was there serving. So I kindly ask in the most respectful way "do you guy still do spin the wheel" she said yes. I told her I had just got a half ounce from her yesterday and she didn't spin it for me. Her reply was " why you didn't me?" I replied " I don't work here I didn't know it was my job". She than said "there nothing in them bags anyways you don't want them" In reality I actually did want them because something they came with joints and when I didn't have weed I would smoke it. she gave me a fucked up attitude about a mistake she made then lied to me right in my face by telling me she can spin the wheel for me. So she spins the wheel and she fakes like she puts something in my bag. She clearly think I'm stupid. She tried to distract me by talking to me. I get to my car and of course it's nothing in my bag from me spinning the wheel. What is she doing taking the clients goodie bags and keeping it for herself. I go another time and I get runts and I ask about the 5 gram deal. They said it was 5 grams for $50 so I said okay. I get home and look at my jar and it looked low so I Weight it and it was only an 1/8. I ended up paying $50 for one 8th of weed which I didn't mind doing if I agreed on the deal but i agreed on 5 for $50. Again what is the bud tender doing with my weed? I go again on November friday the 13th around 5:20pm and I send my wife in for me and she gets to the car to tell me the security was harassing her for her phone number even after she told him she had a dude. Then she comes back out after getting her weed and he is still Harassing her by holding a piece of paper out asking for her phone number telling her he don't care about her husband. If this was the club it would be cool but a weed shop is a little out. Y'all need to have y'all people in line. Now my wife dont want to go back to the shop because she don't wanna get harassed by the same security. Every time I try to call you can't get thru to them.
