This was confusing, especially since we were already on the way. We then spoke with a manager who explained they often experience issues with OpenTable. As a result, we had to turn around, and we did not bowl that evening. The next day, we called at 2:00 p.m. to inquire about making a reservation, and Ruth informed us that bowling is first come, first served. We immediately headed over in an Uber, only to find that every lane was taken--information that Ruth did not mention. A simple clarification that the lanes were already full would have prevented an unnecessary trip. When we arrived, she asked for our reservation, which was perplexing given she had just told us reservations could not be made by phone.
