Absolutely horrible!! I had my hair done at this NASTY place, and they didin't do ANYTHING i said!! i asked for a messy fringed mullet and they gave me a combination which i don't even know of! Sooooooooo! My 12 year old has a barber! Lol. Can't believe I just heard this. Driving home from baseball practice my son asks for a haircut. I say sure where you wanna go? To see MY BARBER Train at the Barbers in BG he says. Ok. I need to meet Train..... So I drive him to his shop, the line is out the door. Wow. This place is popping. We have the puppy, so I flip the boy $20 and head outside to soak up the sun. Oz goes in and finds out Train is not in, so he asks for the next available. He gets Beautiful Jo. She greets Oz with a smile and he blushed instantly. He comes out to ask for some extra$. A mohawk costs 23$ + tip these days. The boy looks good and is happy. And that's all that matters. read more

There is no talent that I can see coming from this establishment. The only skill I can tell is that they know how to plug in a buzzer and shave off hair. If you want to look nice and professional, please go to another place, if you are not happy, they don't care and they blame you for their inability to produce a decent haircut. read more

Great spot, we go there because of Tran. He is amazing, super patient with my son and always does a perfect job cutting my hair.

My son just got his first and last haircut from this place. This is the worst haircut he has ever had! He explained to the gentleman he just wanted his sides cleaned up and he was growing out his top. He seemed to understand but once he got started he took it upon himself to decide what my son wanted. He told him he wanted him to look "educated", WOW! He ended up with sides not blended and only left an inch on the top (he cut off 3-4 inches on the top). The customer service at this place is complete bull crap. I've been trying to get a haircut with my stylist for over 7 days I'm told that I'm supposed to call in every morning at 10o'clock on Sundays when they open because they don't do appointments other than the same day. The lady I just spoke to told me that my hair stylus is completely booked for the day because she does take appointments. They just lost out on $1,000 per year. read more

First time visit after my barber of 30 years retired. It is true that the wait was long, but the barber who called me explained that a regular customer has the privilege of calling 30 minutes in advance of arrival and jump the queue. So, waiting patrons are not really "cherry picked" as reviewer Ted T. assumed. I will definitely call ahead and ask for Trent who did a great first-time haircut. Trent was a clearly skillful professional. Next time I visit, I will be sure to call ahead, and ask for "The Works," which is much more service for just a few dollars more. I went for a SIMPLE haircut. I asked to trim the top and practically shave the sides. My hair before the cut would easily touch my nose while wet. I asked for just a trim to right about my eyes. Now my hair doesn't even reach my eyebrows. The back and sides aren't blended well at all. Never coming back. read more

I've been going here for years, have a few favorite ladies that have been doing my hair that do a great job. Last week was the worst experience / hair cut ever , enough that I won't be back. Melissa ruined my hair. I told her what I wanted and she did the complete opposite. I said don't cut the top, what did she do, cut the top! And she angled my chair away from mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing to tell her to stop. She was to busy looking at her self in the mirror to pay attention to my hair. I had to go somewhere else and pay to have it fixed. She left sections of my hair longer in spots. The minute I got out to my car I knew that she didn't listen to one thing I said. Which is so bad because this use to be my go to place, family friendly , kids toys, popcorn , soda. Now off to find a new place. read more
