The Barlow is a 12 acre outdoor market so there is plenty to do and explore in this area. There are lots of local food restaurants, wine tasting rooms, places with beer and spirits, boutique shops, a cheese shop, and stores with local crafts and goods. The service at all of the places I have been to is excellent and everyone is friendly and inviting. As far as food, I love the Osito Tacos, because who doesn't love tacos. I haven't tried all the food options here but the ones I have tried were all great. I also love Region, a self-serve wine bar, and enjoy sampling different wines. Each month they feature a winery and you can enjoy a flight of wines or partake in different events they have. The Barlow is dog friendly so you will see cute dogs on leashes. They have plenty of outdoor and indoor areas to sit, relax, and enjoy your time there. They have events so if interested in going to any events here, check out their events calendar online.

Love this block of shops! I have recently visited Fern Bar and w while we were walking it was great to see many local shops, restaurants and even live music! I bought a cute hat from a local store, went to Taylor Coffee for a good latter, ate some great sandwiches at this Farm to table shop (forgot the name!) and had desserts at sermentine bakery! Really great place! Prices are reasonable!

What a cute outdoor mall! So I have been following this place on insta since it opened and always wanted to check it out. But it's just a bit too far for a trip on its own. However, we ended up in Sebastopol today and a city sign reminded me of this gem. This place is seriously cool. A nice area with shops, a local market, some cool restaurants and breweries, and even a kids outdoor area. You could easily make it a day with girlfriends. But with a toddler, it was a lovely 2 hours.

There is always something happening in the Sebastopol Barlow Market District. Pop-up shops, artisian workshops, trivia nights, live music, and more! Hungry? Try one of the award winning restaurants, craft breweries, spirits, and wineries. The Barlow is the bomb! Why anyone would give any less than a 5-star review is beyond my way of thinking! This is a lovely place to visit year-round. Family friendly, solo exploring, hanging with friends, and a fun date outing for sure! Definitely fits the bill of something for everyone! How can you possibly go wrong with all types of venues situated all together on 12.2 acres of land! And free Wifi. This is what I am talkin' about. I especially love how so many of the restaurants have outdoor seating. And even a playground for children. Wheelchair accessible and a pretty good-sized parking lot for those busy weekends and holidays. If you find yourself in the hood, check out the Barlow Event Calendar. Thangs are happening here! Now for that glass of Sonoma County wine at Region! (One of my fav Barlow hangouts!)

SUCH a cool area! This is now a tradition during the holidays for my family and I. I love the walkability of this market area - a conglomerate of restaurants, breweries, wineries, and shops in one area - all with the same industrial feel. We love to come for shopping, dinner and drinks: there's always something new to see and try! Businesses include: - Quaint gift shops - Glass blowing studio - Olive oil store - Local market - Pinball bar - Brewery - Cidery - Winery - Wine-tasting shop - Pizza joint - Sit-down restaurants - Cheese shop Give yourself a few hours to walk around the shops, have a drink, and then eat dinner here!

The Barlow, to an outside visitor, seems a brilliant way to repurpose industrial/agricultural buildings and turn them into a gathering space with charm. The vintage warehouses now offer places for a variety of businesses to flourish. We've visited on several occasions. Each time reveals even more about the options within the broader campus. Recently, we visited with my sister-in-law. We were looking to spend some time before my brother could join us. We happened upon a monthly crafts fair - serendipitous! We ended up strolling by the booths and each picked up a few little items. Though we didn't purchase, we were all fascinated by the crafter who was repurposing vintage luggage, outfitting the pieces with modern-day sound gear of speakers, Bluetooth transmitters, etc. Very clever! The fall weather was absolutely perfect for wandering around the site. Our SIL mentioned several of the restaurants where they'd enjoyed dining. It seemed like many of the food / beverage places had indoor/outdoor seating options. Perfect for this climate! We ended up walking to one of the coffee places in the center of the complex for a refreshment break. That provided a chance to hang out and enjoy the scenery of the vibe that's been created in this area. There were a couple of musicians performing during the crafts show. Might have been part of that whole event, or just a weekend thing. Either way, that added to the overall experience. There's a lot to see here, and many options for dining, plus breweries, wineries, art studios, other boutiques, foodie experiences, and more. Put it on your to-explore list!

In the small town of Sebastopol this trendy shopping center is a popular spot for shopping, dining and socializing. There are a variety of restaurants that features local cuisine and food items. The Barlow is a 12.5-acre outdoor marketplace in Sebastopol that features wineries, distilleries, breweries, restaurants, eateries, and shopping boutiques. It has something for everyone, including award-winning wineries and distilleries, a wide variety of restaurants, unique boutiques, and live music events. The construction of the Barlow started in 2012, and it opened a year later. Since then, it has become a popular destination for those who enjoy art, food, and wine. Over the years, we had driven by it many times but never stopped to explore. This time we did and ended up spending at least three hours there! Two of the highlights of our visit were drinking cider at Golden State Cider (See my Yelp review) and having a meal at El Tarasco Restaurant. There is a lot to see and do at the Barlow. For example, you can * Visit the wineries and distilleries. Sample their products and learn about the winemaking and distilling process. * Enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. Choose from California cuisine to Mexican food. * Do some shopping at the boutiques. Find handmade jewelry, locally made clothing, and more. * Take a walk or bike ride. Explore the grounds and see all that The Barlow has to offer. * Enjoy live music. Check out the calendar to see what's happening during your visit. The Barlow is a great place to spend a day with friends or family. It's a fun and lively destination with something for everyone.

While the prices are a bit higher than the typical secondhand store, the quality, variety, and condition of items here make it worth it. The shop is packed full of vintage and antique glassware, jewelry, mirrors, decor, cameras, lighters, silverware, blankets, furniture, and so much more. I could walk around for hours (and I did!). Despite how much there is to see, the place is very thoughtfully organized and displayed. The building is large enough that it doesn't feel overcrowded like some vintage places can feel. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to find one of a kind items and unique decor.

I had to stand by her for 1 compete minute , and then say excuse me two different times for her to slightly turn her head and acknowledge me. I asked her if she could help me and she did not respond. I asked her where the business attire would be for an interview and she said the "the whole area is pretty much business attire". I asked her about where should i look more specifically and she just pointed in a direction. The whole time she was speaking to me she was so incredibly rude and acted like I was bothering her and continued to back away as she was speaking to me. To top it off when I was in line for the fitting room to try on the clothes I wanted to buy, I look around to see her talking to two other coworkers about me and snickering, one of them being a manager (a hispanic girl) I didnt get her name. And as soon as I make eye contact with the 3 of them they all give me dirty looks and kept snickering. This was a horrible shopping experience, and I spent a lot of money in this store, to be treated horribly! I will be telling others not to shop here for this reason until they address my concern and experience. The fact that the manager girl (hispanic girl) was snickering with BROOKE the sales floor associate about me and giving me dirty looks the entire time i was in line for the fitting room was the cherry on top , I felt so harassed and uncomfortable during my time here. I spent over $200 at this store just to feel threatened. This happened on 09/09/2026 at 6:30pm.
