I took a picture the one time I pulled 2 chunks that were 3 inches long each. I don't know what is up with their freezer or whatever is causing this issue, but I wish they would deal with it. Ice chips/chunks are very off-putting. When you are not crunching on ice the ice cream is great.

Before going I had read a few recent reviews and I was a bit hesitant to try them due to the apparent lack of customer service but I wanted to see for myself. What I found was yes they are lacking a smooth and quick ordering process but it's clearly local teens so in my honest opinion give them a break! They are doing great! We did have one tiny problem, while waiting for our ice cream we kept seeing these amazing looking sandwiches displayed above the deli. The problem was now we wanted one!! What started as an ice cream adventure became a backwards lunch. We ordered the brisket grilled cheese and fries. We both agreed this was by far one of the best grilled cheeses we've ever had.
