This was an unprofessional backwards experience. I started my claim with this company thinking I…read morewould be in good hands from a serious auto accident, but I was wrong. It took the lawyers forever to follow up, and I would get excuses every time we would speak. They initiated a plan for me to get the best care and the best insurance claim possible but that was not the case. I ended up paying the majority of my settlement in bills, from being instructed by the lawyers at this firm to attend several health professional classes which racked up thousands of dollars in medical bills, without any consideration of what I would have to endure in the long run. The bills was negotiated with my settlement at a low amount and in the end after the bills was payed from the settlement I was left with nothing, still needing future medical care and having nothing to help myself financially for having future and current problems . The secretaries were very rude and did not follow up on time, and would get attitudes when you would mention there unprofessionalism. This office even took 30% of my settlement for doing nothing.It took my claim 2.5 years for nothing, and with all the misinformation, bad litigation, and unprofessionalism, you would have thought they would have been courteous and not take so much due to bad planning and litigation having there client liable for so much in the end. I will never recommend this law firm. My advice find an office that actually care, and has a legit plan so you can come out in the end to help you and your family.
