Grabbed dinner here with my Mom and nephew. We shared some pretzels- yum, with beer cheese. I had a build your own pizza flatbread which was fantastic. Perfect size for a personal 'pizza.' Mom had a huge serving of spaghetti and meatballs. She said it was great and sent the leftovers home with my nephew. He enjoyed a burger and fries. Great service with a smile. Loud and poor food and service. Ordered Nachos, chicken. They brought ground beef. Waitress brought napkins, no eating utensils or plates. Had to go them myself. Then added the 3% handling fee and wouldn't give back the receipt. Was there with friends for 5 hours. One drink, brought no refills or asked AT A BAR? I love this place but tonight I encountered a table of nasty people who have ruined my time there forever. They were so rude that I cannot recommend anyone going there on Wednesday nights. Because obviously they are very addicted to Singo. There were 8 of them playing and complaining about someone winning besides them. It's just remarkable that people act this way over music!! Otherwise the drinks are great and the food is awesome but don't go and win at Singo on Wednesday nights because they are predatory... even the waitress apologized to me for their behavior... First time here. Arrived at 11:50 a.m. Sunday and sat at the bar. There was already a group of about 6 at the bar so we figured the service would be focused on them. It wasn't. Our bartender/server was making each of us feel like we were her only clients. She was clearly the only one there today and she handled it well. Placed our order: slider basket/fries and a pizza melt (no pizza dough looked like an omelet)/fries. My sliders were yum and my husbands "omelet" had tons of pepperoni -too much in fact. I would give a lower rating after service received by day bartender Sydney, however, love Jen & Jess. Stopped in there on a Saturday afternoon and buddy wanted to buy myself and boyfriend a drink. When asked what we wanted, I asked for a rag to wipe bar from prior guest. Sydney seemed annoyed and just wanted to know what we wanted to drink. I couldn't think that far wanting a clean space and asked again for rag. Not to mention, boyfriend wanted beer menu. She wiped a portion of the round table attached to bar and we wiped the rest. When seats opened at the main bar we relocated. Sat there quite a while waiting to order an appetizer while watching bartender do shots with other patrons. When she finally stopped by, asked lightly for rag previously used to clean new space. Don't understand why this is a constant request. Should be a given when picking up from prior guest to wipe down for next. Anyway, boyfriend asked for a couple glasses of water. Watched her grab styrofoam cups and fill in cooler sink. Felt pretty disgusted. Asked for water out of gun in a glass. She became very rude and said it is a convenience to the bartender while pouring that water in glass ignoring request for water out of gun. Stated no one has had an issue all day and proclaimed I had been complaining all day. Up until that point, I hardly spoke to her aside from ordering a drink and asking for a rag to wipe up dirty bar. Where was the complaining? Is that complaining to want to sit at a clean bar, which should be standard expectation? My boyfriend and I looked at each other astounded not knowing where this came from. I don't understand how myself being the paying guest is there for the convenience of the bartender and how it is inconvenient to provide water from the gun in a glass as opposed to a styrofoam cup filled from the cooler sink. Also, contrary to her belief, others were not ok with this either. We had a friend coming to meet us and were going to leave after being treated so poorly. Thankfully, it was shift change, so we stuck around to enjoy the rest of our night with one of our favorite bartenders! Otherwise, we would have have relocated elsewhere for better service. Nice place - great sports bar! Lots of large TVs showing different sports games. They also have a few different games available to play (darts, pool, keno, mini basket ball). It's a large place - we went on a Sunday evening during a terrible rain storm and it wasn't packed but there was a pretty steady flow of customers. The service was good - there seemed to be only one person working and she did a good job taking care of all of the tables. The food was good as well. We got a chicken quesadilla and the pretzel bites. The quesadilla was better than the pretzels - they were a bit hard for soft pretzels. I'm over the road so I don't live around here. My experience was sorta strange because I moved from the bar to a table to have a better view of the UFC fight. I asked to make sure the seat was taken and they said no so I sat down. The rest of the table space was filled with some younger people and I told one of them that I was watching the fight screen. One fight finished and before I was done with the meatball dish I ordered, someone changed the screen to a football game that was already playing on several other screens. I really feel like someone did that on purpose to run me off so I left. I might be back if I have to stop for the night but you might want to observe the remote control. read more

I feel bad for the waitresses and customers. There was a band which was way to loud. Couldn't talk. The waitress got our order wrong because of course couldn't hear us. Twinsburg Location.. Horrible place! We ordered Buffalo dip appetizer, which wasn't bad, it was the only thing that wasn't bad. They did forget to bring us any napkins or silverware with it. Our main dishes took over an hour to come out. I ordered a chicken Philly that was refrigerator cold with cold rubber fries. Another at our table ordered a patty melt that was cold with rubber fries. My niece ordered a grilled cheese and they only brought her half a sandwich. The manager came over and was a bit rude. She basically called me a liar when I said my sandwich was cold. She said she felt the foil underneath it it and it was warm. Explained im not eating the foil and she should feel the sandwich. Terrible place, would never go hack. read more

I've been to this location only a couple of times and it was fine. Just for a couple of beers. The one in Twinsburg is the one I go to, or have been to, more often as I tend to meet up with some fiends and coworkers for some football games on Sundays. It's nice, but the service is a little slow. The people who run it, as in the owners, are very nice and accommodating, but I feel that they may be trying to maintain costs with erring on the side of a staff person or two LESS. I've been here for happy hour twice, both times in the summer and I really have to say, for DRAFT beer, you can charge less than five dollars for Labatt. Just MY opinion but the neighborhood bar I go to usually in Lyndhurst I get a twenty four ounce draft of it for three fifty. For what it is, and based on the fact that a guy or two will have three at least, it's a bit expensive, but then again, what isn't these days. Nice neighborhood place and nice people. read more

We were on a Northfield bar crawl and stopped by the basement. I got a little nervous when I saw the yelp rating was 2.5 stars mostly for service , but saw that I should try the burnt cheese fold over. We were pleasantly greeted and had a great server. We got $5 pitchers and the classic burnt cheese which is like an omelet but made with cheese instead of egg. We had a great time, tried something new and didn't break the bank. read more

This is a cool little joint with some great specials. If you're looking for nothing fancy and your typical bar grub, check this place out. By no means is this somewhere to go out of your way for but if you're near by and want a decent bite and a cheap beer, check this place out. On Monday nights they have half price pizza and gyro's and $2 22oz domestics. For $11 and change I had a meat lovers pie and two beers. A frozen pizza from walmart would have tasted better than the overpriced thin, ketchup topped pizza we ordered. Ordered the Meat-itarian with additional toppings onions, green peppers & black olives. I guess they figured why put all of the toppings listed on their menu if the customer ordered additional toppings. The pizza was supposed to have pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage & shaved beef, plus 3 additional toppings. There were a few sparse pieces of pepperoni & sausage, no ham, no shaved beef, about 4 tiny pieces of green peppers, a few onions and maybe 20 slivers of black olives. The sparse toppings, lack of toppings paid for & the soggy, undercooked dough was disgusting, it was complete waste of money. The center dough of the pizza was so thin & soggy it was gooey in the box. Digonio in the freezer section has more flavor & toppings. Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere! read more

We ordered wings, a rueben that came with fries and an order of tater tots. $40 in food. Door Dash delivered, we had 1 wing and 1 bite of the Rueben. THEY WERE TERRIBLE. The wing was so salty, we got medium wings I am not sure how that can be messed up, but they were awful. As for the Reuben, one bite was all that could be had. The corned beef was dark like old corned beef that may have been frozen and thawed in the microwave. GROSS! So for our dinner we had the fries and tater tots, that were not that bad. But a waste of 40 bucks. Never again. read more
