I took teenagers here and by all means they loved it. So basically it's a converted warehouse where folks of all ages get to come out and shoot each other with nerf guns. Basic nerf guns, ammunition and goggles are provided with the cost of entrance. However for a small fee ($10) you can upgrade your gun to the master blasters! My kids were out on teams and played in various rounds and they even had a kids versus parents. This was a great place to burn some energy and not have a heat stroke outside. We had my son's 7th birthday party here!! Fun times. Our party time was 11am and there were 3 other parties in addition to ours in the party room. We set up our party area, got the passes from the front desk, and let the kiddos go off to play!! There were quite a few people in the party area for each of our parties so we were trying to fit by everyone as we walked through, but it was cool because eating times were a big staggered which was great. They take the passes to the front desk to get a wristband, their guns, & glasses. There were several guns to choose from or you could bring your own. We brought a couple & also used theirs. We purchased the MRE - kiddos meals with choice of hotdogs, corn dog, Nachos or pretzel bites and then you also got capri-sun, fruit snacks, chips, nerf gun bullets, and little army men. Had my kids birthday here recently and all the invited kids loved it. A lot of the reviews had people commenting about how packed and busy it was but when we went it was only parties so not too many kids on the public floor. If you're looking for something sub 200 for a small kids party this is definitely the best choice around. The staff as great with my kid constantly wanting to change guns. They helped immediately when one got hit in the ear. They were just all around cheerful. I will say you should definitely plan to pay the extra $10/kid to give them access to the wall selection. There is a free selection but it's a small bucket of guns. Your kids can also bring their own nerf guns but avoid bringing ammo because you can't leave with it. Also while we didn't buy anything there I did look over their concession area and everything was priced pretty cheap so if you're going to snack there it wont be insanely expensive to do so. I will absolutely be bringing my kid back to just play. read more

Took some of my students to The University of North Texas for a college visit and stopped here for something fun to do during the evening. They close early in the evening and reopen for big groups to come in later. The students had a ton of fun! They were given nerf guns with their $8 entry and could upgrade to different guns for an additional price. The set up is really cool, students wore glow in the dark penny jerseys so that when the lights turned off, they knew which teams were which. We stayed for about an hour and a half (was supposed to be two, but they cut us a bit short) and our students really enjoyed themselves! I got out once, and people would shoot me right as I got back in, heck some people shot me while I was still out. If you are looking for a great place to take your kids for some good clean fun this is the place for you! My 8 yr old son LOVES his Nerf Guns. When a friend of mine told me about a place where kids can go to have Nerf Wars I knew we had to check it out. Be sure to like their FB page so you can see their schedule. They provide the bullets and eye protection and you can bring your own Nerf Guns. We went the day after Christmas and paid $10 for two hours of play. My son had a blast. They even do birthday parties. The staff was awesome. They have referees that assist with the games. You can even bring your own food! This would have been a great experience, however half way through our party the owner sent our host over to tell us that "outside drinks" are not welcome. Apparently we broke their rules by bringing a box of capri sun (something I specifically asked our host about when I arrived, and he was fine with). So I asked the owner about it. I showed her the website that states "bring your own food" and even "byob". So... I can bring pizza, cake, and even *beer*... But I can't bring capri sun? I pointed out that it didn't say this *anywhere* on their website. She told me it was in my confirmation email somewhere. So, they don't mention it anywhere on the website and you won't know this until you've already booked and they send the confirmation email. Look, I've had birthday parties on several places. I'm used to all sorts of rules, from no food at all to a dozen other variations. I can work with that, if I know it. My problem is the total arbitrary nature of these rules combined with hiding them in the confirmation email. My second issue is that when I tried talking to the owner about it, she just kept mumbling about the "confirmation email". Then kept mumbling to herself after I was walking away. Then spent the next 5 minutes whispering to her employees. The host was great. The guys working behind the counter were kind and helpful. This review is specifically to tell people about a rule they wouldn't know about otherwise unless they had already booked an appointment and gotten their confirmation email (and then read the small print at the bottom). It's a boys dream come true. Nerf guns plus battling. They have birthday parties or just come and drop in for an hour. I recommend just doing the $10 per hour. You can upgrade to $20 and use a big gun but my son switched to a small one because his kept jamming. It's not much decoration but my kids loved it! read more

We've been here numerous times before with no issues and today we left after 20 min super sad because kids were shooting other kids in the face and neck at close range with the higher powered Rival guns. Save your $$ and let the kids play nerf in your yard! I booked my son's party online, which allowed me to pick a 2-hour slot. Upon arrival the party host said "we have you down from 6:30PM to 8 and we will come back to the table at 7:15." I explained to her that I booked a 2 hour window from 6:30-8:30 and she said "well we close at 8." I acknowledged the fact that we were late (there were thunder and hailstorms throughout the greater DFW, so we arrived 15 minutes late), but asked if we could at least play our remaining time and skip the 45 minute table time? The manager/owner (40-50 year old man with partly lacking hair) walked in and she explained to him what was going on and he said "Oh you booked one of the later parties? Yeah that's fine they can play til 8:30." Well, they lied to me, my son and his friends without any remorse. At 8 o'clock he was adamant that they were closing and argued with me that "every piece of communication prior to our conversation" (seriously??) "stated that you get an hour and a half of play time and 1/2 hour of table time, but you guys were late." I addressed his lack of integrity and the fact he lied to me and that I would be sharing my review of such, so here I am. One star because these sweet boys DID have fun shooting each other and ultimately that's what it's about! Couple "extra" things that I would have probably overlooked if we had a better experience: *The guns included in the party price are puny one-shot guns (We paid $200 for 8 children) *It was very unorganized. The party host walked me up front, then back to my table to tell me they couldn't seat us at the table until 7:15, then back to the front...one of the ladies behind the register apologized that they were trying out a new system, but as stated before...I'm reviewing the collective experience (I have 8 boys ready to play already!) *The only communication after we booked was an email at 11am the day of. Would have been a bit more professional to receive some communication regarding details a day or 2 before. read more

WARNING TO PARENTS: DO NOT TAKE YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE. There are no policies to protect underaged children from irresponsible adults inside. This place advertises the it is a "kid friendly" place. However, they allow grown adults to shoot at the children regardless of how old they are, even as young as 7 years old. My 7 year old son was shot in the neck, at close range by an adult man as my son was passing by to get to where his classmates were. This man didn't apologize nor did the manager. What kind of people are these!! Also, there are different levels of guns used here, some have a hard outer shell at the tip of the projectile so-called "nerf" that can cause injury. THIS IS NOT A "KID" FRIENDLY PLACE, not by actions of the management and not by the actions of the "adults" in the room. read more

I love the concept and my kids had a great time. A few items that need further work: 1) a few of the guns provided did not work and we had to keep switching them. 2) There is only one restroom which gets hectic with multiple parties going on. 3) The main reason I had to give 3 stars was the customer service. The younger kids working were nice and friendly, but the older lady in the gun stand (I believe she had longer blondish curly hair) was rude and seemed stressed out. She was rude to kids trying to switch guns and was constantly yelling at the other staff. Great for a birthday party, but I have to take a star off for the policy of letting adults play with the kids during birthday parties. Sorry, but a 40 year old shouldn't be shooting 8 year olds in the face. There were two adults in the arena that almost slammed their guns into the kids faces because of the height difference. My kids and I really enjoyed it but there is one big problem. If you don't have the gun that shoots balls you and your kid will not have fun because most of the bullets are damage, I took my own bad ass expensive guns and it still sucked because the billets play a big part on gun. Even at home if the bullet is messed up a little bit I toss it. So this is the catch if you want to have fun you have to spend more money to upgrade for the gun that shoots balls or buy one. If they supplied the gun with the ballls would be here every weekend and I would give it a 5, but with the cost I rather start paintball shooting with my kids. read more

We went for the first time today with my 6 year old nephew and it was so fun!! The adults had just as much fun as the little ones. The staff was friendly and very patient with my nephew. This place is phenomenal If you're looking to book a party that is age appropriate but still a ton of fun for your children, boys or girls, this is the place!! I was a little skeptical to see if my boys would like it, as I was surprising them with this party and they're picky about the activities they do. I have not yet found one place they enjoyed and smiled/laughed the entire time. Booking online was simple and fast. I was a little shocked. The price is good for what you're getting. Upon arrival the party host was a sweetheart and she was very good with all the kids. My boys loved it, they had a blast and all their friends did too. I could barley get them to stop playing so we could have our table time. The party host was able to convince them to come do the table time, which is amazing. She had a gift with them. My boys and all the kids took her to fast. The children had just as much fun at the table as they did playing. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at any kids play place. The atmosphere was great, staff was amazing, and I even met the manager who was so nice to us and didn't rush us at all. He completely let us take our time. Me nor my kids felt rushed while they were playing, or at the table. They also made it so easy on me as the parent. Another thing I would like to address is how clean the place was! The area was very clean as was the table. And the bathrooms were too which is a big thing for me. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any gender child.
