I love all the sock options they have here!! I have a funny story about this place too. I came here with my boyfriend and sister and my boyfriend was wearing a black cap/ red shirt and black pants and black and white shoes too. Someone that was shopping there approached my bf and asked if he worked there. My boyfriend looked stunned cause he looks across the room and sees someone working there with a very similar outfit!! We came here for some souvenirs and got a couple of sweaters. The store had a wide variety of items and was very big. We enjoyed looking at all of the offerings. They also had a pretty big sale rack in the back of the store that also had a wide selection. The cashier was nice and made some conversation with us, but we thought it was odd that she said the closest restroom was in a nearby restaurant (since when should people use restaurant's restrooms if they aren't buying anything?) At the back of the store, I saw that there was a bathroom in the back where the magnets were, but when I opened the unlocked door I saw a toilet covered with plastic. Then under some magnets I saw "restroom is out of order" sign. There should be a restroom for customers here. read more

Cool store with mediocre normal overpriced souvenirs however that is not why I didn't enjoy my experience. This rude short male employee that was built like a modern day Napoleon Bonaparte gave me the DIRTIEST LOOKS the second I started to browse. As I walked throughout the store he kept nearing closer to mean and staring at me. And sure that's whatever but when I had difficulty inserting my card to make my purchase, he made my experience so bad I left with no goods. Instead of helping he repeatedly kept saying in a demeaning tone how he doesn't control the card terminal and when I said "please help" I received more rude comments like "well I don't control, just put the card in," and how my card was the problem however I have never experienced a problem with my credit card. I was so frustrated and felt more embarrassed that he was giving judgy looks along with coworkers staring at me. I was so upset with my experience as I was with my family that I left and I heard this same troll grunting and complaining about us as I was leaving. I almost made a $100 purchase and am forever grateful I didn't waste a dime towards his paycheck. read more

Thank you very much to the amazing employee who helped us today! We had walked around Coronado all day long, and we were exhausted. We had bought a couple of pairs of socks earlier, and we came back to see if they had WiFi we could connect to in order to request an Uber to return to our hotel. We are tourists visiting San Diego. The store doesn't have WiFi, but the amazing employee at the till offered us to connect to her phone's hotspot. I unfortunately did not get her name, but this was on October 7th between 4:30 and 4:45pm. We were able to request the Uber ride and got back to our hotel. He was super friendly and chatty/interested with/in the other customers too. Cons: -a little pricey compared to some other souvenir shops (most items are really nice quality though), but the gift items were reasonable I'll definitely recommend this place to visitors for souvenirs and general needs that might pop up while they are in the area. I got the cutest magnet and "Nuts About Work" bobble-head. I'll make a point to stop by next time I'm in town to check out what's new. read more

Came in here with my family while on holiday for some items to bring back home & we asked for help to the obese older lady with the grey hair behind the counter, she looks up and frowns at us, then turns around refusing to help us. Cute shop, great selection of socks, but I'm giving it a single star for its horrible customer service. I came in with my daughter. We were not greeted by either of the girls in the shop and they would not let my little girl use their bathroom even though we were paying customers. They acted like they did not have a bathroom directed us to the visitors station down the block. When I came back to finish my transaction I noticed their bathroom and the girl behind the register did not even apologize for lying about not having a bathroom. The bathroom is being used as a dressing room as well. Extremely rude. Customer service is everything, especially these days when I can shop in the comfort of my own home and avoid disgustingly rude people. read more

I love love loved this store. My moms cashier was so sweet polite, helpful and personably. HOWEVER. My cashier (receipt says Karen) was so incredibly rude and looked so pissed off and didn't say a word to me, even though I attempted to initiate conversation multiple times. Therefore I must dock a star. Anyways. This was by far the most reasonably priced gift shop I visited. I was able to get all last minute souvenirs for family and even found deals so cheap everyone at the office! It was clean and organized. They have something for everyone. read more

This is the kind of store you could spend an hour in. It is fascinating looking at all the trinkets and patterns. You immediately think about all the potential friends you could buy for. Socks galore and heart glasses for the face. I found some fancy rose socks for my mother, priced reasonably well for a sock store, and some heart shaped flower glasses, since I am feeling young again. $10 for glasses is pretty darn cheap. The socks were priced closer to $7-10, but very entertaining; they are perfect for a birthday or white elephant. read more
