So a few weeks ago while at Nacho Birria, I planned a return visit to this truck since I love Indian food. Don't sleep on this guy. The owner is a young guy who's relatively new in business so the menu is quite limited but has growth potential and good quality food! My wife and I grabbed the butter chicken to go for dinner as that's a classic fave of mine at most other Indian restaurants I've frequented in the past. I loved this dish. Good flavor, well seasoned, consistent texture, balanced heat and perfectly cooked chicken. I could tell it was made with love. He even gave us an order of Sa'Mosa to try. They were excellent! Perfectly cooked and well made stuffing. Good meal, nice guy, looking forward to the growth of this up & coming Food Truck!

Therefore, while looking around, we noticed this Truck and decided to try it since as both love Tamales. We tried a single Poblano Tamale as it was something unique from the traditional chicken or pork. We both loved it. Masa perfectly cooked and the poblano has a nice but balanced heat to it. We came back the other day & I got pork and my wife got a chicken tamale plate. Another hit! Perfectly cooked and the meat was marinated to perfection with flavors & seasoning. What's unique is that he adds a sauce on top that elevates it above a standard tamale you'd get off the corner or from your favorite tamale person, almost resembling enchiladas. Also, as a side note, if you get the plate, it comes with rice that tastes amazing! Very unique and good addition to the Yum Food Truck Zone.

I sent it to my wife and she had seen it on social media herself. We were both intrigued and added it to our very lengthy list of places we wanted to try. Fast forward 48 or so hours, and I'm on my way home from Dallas. I ask the wife: "would you like me to stop at the new slider place and pick up some lunch?" She opts to bring the kiddo and just meet me there. On this day, a new record was set for us learning that a place exists, and going to said place. We arrive and it turns out, approximately 4,000 other people saw the same Instagram ad. The line for the drive-thru is so long that it's causing traffic to backup on 1097. Fortunately, we were dining in (aka on the covered patio), so we were both able to park right away, despite there being only a few spots. I got the sliders with bacon and thought they were great. We got some of their smauce, which is similar to Cane's sauce, as well as queso for dipping the fries in. I can't say I've ever dipped fries in queso before, but I like fries and I like queso, so I was not mad about it! I can't say we come to Willis often, but if we are ever in the area in the future, this will be on our short list!

Maybe put the veggies in side cups then fill the rest of my plate with chips, meat & cheese ! When the server handed it to me I was surprised at how light it was well I'm not surprised anymore. Fix your prices or fix your portions guys come on. The ambiance was great and the vibes were good, the servers were also very nice. So I can't complain abt the customer service whatsoever. I hate that this place is so far from my house…read more Stopped by today for some lunch on my way from Houston to Dallas based on their Yelp score. I ordered a few meats - and owner recommended that I go with a 2 meat plate to save money. So, I did. I ordered brisket and ribs. Both were soooooooo good. Many places claim to have awesome bbq, but in most cases, I leave feeling a bit let down. Not so with Texans Barbecue and Catering, Their food is the real deal. The brisket has an amazing flavor that gets even better with their delicious barbecue sauce. And those ribs...if you have dentures, you can devour these ribs without your teeth, haha. It literally falls off the bone. The staff are very friendly. They said hi to folks be name so I take it they have a lot of regulars. I have to figure out how to get up here more so I can be one of those regulars. I posted some pics of the place inside. It's small, quaint, but that aroma when you're walking up -- you know you'll be in for something magical. Absolutely love this place!
