The environment was very friendly and supportive. The class I took was a circuit-style strength training for arms. The place is modestly sized with just enough equipment. They were able to make do with their limitations by creating numerous exercises for us. I would just say on behalf of myself that since I am not very strong, it was hard to jump into some of the exercises. The class size made it very conducive for the coaches to give notes and tips on form. However, due to the size/equipment limitations + circuit-training format, I had a hard time doing the full workout.

Her playlist is fire, her personality is unmatched, and the studio itself is absolutely gorgeous. Parking can be a bit tricky for later classes; there is metered street parking if you can find it, but availability really depends on the season and time of day. I also take Erick and Shea at Beachouse and love them both. If you're looking for a Lagree studio, stop looking, there's none better than this.

The studio paired me with Becky, and she has been amazing. The private sessions with her helped me rebuild confidence in my form and feel ready to transition back into group classes. Unfortunately, she lives in Long Beach and they wouldn't honor the gift certificate unless you live within a 10 mile radius. We were given the options of buying a day pass or sign up. After a bit of bickering back and forth, we decided to leave. The 12 may be a good gym - but it def left a sour taste in our mouths.
