Amazing roasted coffee beans. The so called boutique rosters could learn a thing or two from Jed.

Been coming in this place for almost 12 years now and it's consistent favorite. The pastries were good. I liked them. They didn't have them in a refrigerator cage, like some absolute troglodyte. The coffee is good, but we're really get me as their staff. They're really chill. They'll talk to you a little bit. They're friendly you know they don't look like they're hating their lives by being at work. It's the kind of people you used to see coffee shops all the time. I don't know what's happened the current generation they just don't appreciate the coffee culture.

They looked pretty legit so we went and checked them out. Walking in, this joint is really neat. There's coffee bags lining the ceiling. There's a couple old chairs that you can chill at in the corner surrounded by plants. The light was shining brightly through the windows. It has a very chill, easy vibe here. We got a couple drinks ordered and a CaBreezy panini started. I got myself an iced americano with sugar free vanilla and room for cream. My sister got a hot peppermint mocha. We chilled at the 2 big old chairs while our goodies were being prepared. My drink was so good! I did add a packet of Splenda and some cinnamon to my coffee, so tasty!! I appreciate that my americano wasn't watered down. I didn't get to try my sister's drink but she said it was really good! We did share the CaBreezy panini. It was delicious! It was balanced pesto, balsamic glaze and mozzarella. The tomato was fresh and ripe. The ciabatta was warm and crispy. I probably could have had another half but we are trying to save room for dinner. It was nice chillin here for a bit. Everything was great. The barista that was working did a great job on our drinks and food. Happy I got to check out this local coffee joint on this beautiful Sunday.

Wow, this place is huge! If I were still in school, this would be my new favorite coffee shop…read more There are lots of big tables and even a large sign for sharing Wi-Fi information. The owners are also really thoughtful toward children and have set up a little play station for toddlers. The owner said it just opened last month, and his goal is to keep everything organic with a focus on health-promoting drinks. He shared that the business is a celebration of his beating cancer and a place for people who want to improve their health. With so much seating, I could see this becoming a really popular hangout. They could even host board game or craft nights.

They make a fantastic cup of coffee, and definitely worth stopping in. They also have a ton of specialty drinks that really put an emphasis on health, with organic fruits and teas. The shop is newly constructed with a super clean design. They built the shop with groups and community in mind with long tables, and plenty of seating. Bright spaces with art and jewelry displayed through out the shop. The owners are awesome, and are definitely working hard to make their shop a staple in the community. I would highly recommend coming by, having a chat, getting a drink and taking a moment to unwind.

They were very delicious. :) We ordered our drinks at the counter. There was a glass case for baked goods, but very limited offerings due to a recent supply issue. (?) I didn't get a photo of the menu, since it was in a booklet at the counter vs posted on the wall. I only glanced for a moment, since I always get the same thing wherever I go. From what I could tell, there were lots of options, and some specials - plus the barista said they have a few off-menu "secret" options. Service was quick, friendly. I enjoyed "shooting the breeze" with them for a sec. It was nice to reminisce about the area before Millcreek's development, as she and I were both native to the area. :) The ambiance of the shop was really comfortable, modern vibe, well-lit. Very clean. I appreciated the lush vines and leafy plants that really added to the calming atmosphere. (See my photos) There were people working on their laptops, others softly chatting. It was a very chill, quiet place to spend our time. We sat over in a nook where they had some comfy upholstered chairs and a little coffee table. Brickyard Coffee is a lovely place. I'll definitely be back!
