Rude service!!! We were immediately scolded for walking up to drive up window, there was no indication that there was indeed a walk up window. The walk up window is not labeled and the glass so dirty it didn't look like it was in use. Still willing to give the place a shot my daughter and I ordered our drinks and the still the lady was so rude. When asked if we were ok with whole milk I asked for 2% was told they only have whole, besides oat and almond. Very unusual for a coffee shop and not sure why she asked me, maybe so she could just yell that's all we have. We just moved in the neighborhood and wanted to have a little morning shop to visit but will definitely never go back!!! Coffee is better than average it's a drive-through so you can't wait a long time which makes it really only an option. If you have the time to sit there in your car and wait, it's not that I wanna grab a coffee and I'm in a hurry kind of thing. I love the staff everyone of them. they've always been kind and helpful. As far as I'm concerned when I hand someone my money in my mind I'm paying them as much for that as I am the food. I'm about to consume. they warm up my pastry. If you're looking for a quick bite or some coffee on your way to work, Honest Abe's Coffee is the place to stop! It is located in the parking lot of Harbor (an AMAZING sea food restaurant) and thank goodness for that! Harbor does the delicious assortment of snacks for Honest Abe's As you can see from my picture, we got one of everything to try. Everyone LOVED the hand pies and they are FULL of meat. The breakfast sandwich was good but nothing fancy. The burrito was great but spicy so make sure you have a drink. The pretzel sandwich had the tastiest pepperoni sausage. Every treat costs about $4 and is not very big but very tastiest. I will definitely be back for more! read more

I stopped by for the first time today. I've been exactly three places since the pandemic started since I'm in the high risk group and I don't trust people to take precautions seriously. I watched and I was impressed with how seriously they took safety precautions. I felt safe. I've been meaning to check them out for a while. I like the idea of homemade syrup with less sugar. I often forget to ask for less syrup at other places. I got a vanilla almond milk latte. It's the perfect sweetness for me. Enough to be sweet, not so much that my innards feel sugarcoated. They have a food menu that looks delicious and definitely worth checking out. read more

Was looking for a "good" coffee shop, not a hole in the wall drive-through on a Saturday morning at 7:45 AM. But like Dr. Who's Tardus, this shack is MUCH bigger on the inside than the outside! We took a chance and got a breakfast burrito and a special burrito, coffees and a muffin. The breakfast burrito might have been the best one I've ever eaten and I've eaten more than a few (visiting from Golden, CO). Warm, moist, full of home cooked ingredients, rich on flavor. And the guacamole on the side was ridiculously good. OMG. The muffin was also light and moist and delicious and the coffee (to this coffee snob) was strong and tasty. Fast prep, friendly service and reasonable prices. I don't post many reviews but HAD to highlight this place. Well done!!!! read more

The coffee is always delicious. Unfortunately, I have tried to go here before work several times but they have not opened on time. Don't try to go when they "open" at 6:30, because they won't be there. They should change their opening time if they're so consistently late. It's disappointing, because I really like the coffee and want to buy it before work, but after 10-15 minutes of waiting, I have to give up and go somewhere else. :( read more

The burritos are always great and made at locally, at their other restaurant. The coffee is pricey, but so is everyone else's these days.

$6 for a large dirty chia that was only half full, room temperature, and then the barista puts you on the spot asking for a tip. I've tried a few times with this place, but unfortunately I think I'll move on. Love to support small businesses in my hood, but can't afford to pay that much for my morning fix. read more

The best lattes, the best breakfast burritos, and the nicest staff! They have take and bake shepherds pie and chicken pot pies. They home make all of their syrups so it's still really flavorful but much less sugar. They have so many unique and amazing drinks. Love Honest Abe's!!! read more

I love stopping by Honest Abe's. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. I always go with their iced coffee which is great! I also had their breakfast burrito. Would recommend. It's got a tiny kick to it, but nothing the guacamole that comes on the side that won't help cool it down. It comes with a packet of hot sauce as well. Would definitely recommend Honest Abes on your way to work or on your way up to the mountains. read more

Tried the new coffee spot today on my way to work and was super excited about the convenient location. Sadly, that will probably be my last. My cup was only 3/4 filled with a single shot of half decent espresso and mostly milk. For a $4 drink it could be better. Service was pretty fast but overall not stoked on the whole experience. read more
