Said a manager should have been called, that he was actually in the store that day. I asked for a manager and told him so- that some lady "manager" came over and gave me the same song and dance. To the ACTUAL managers credit, HE made it right. Thank you. I'm still never shopping at KOHLS again.

Mike sized me up and was immediately on the phone to order my suit from his supplier, with expedited shipping at no extra charge. The price was a bit more than I'd pay at Men's Warehouse, but not a whole lot more, and the garments are of noticeably higher quality, and each suit comes with lifetime free alterations. He called me the minute it came in, and I went down to try it on. It fit great, and looked great, but I immediately noticed it was a charcoal grey, rather than the lighter grey I wanted, and which I heard Mike order on the phone. In short, I knew it was the supplier's mistake, not the Shop's. But Mike didn't pass the buck, didn't explain it away. He took accountability for his supplier's mistake, and had the charcoal suit altered for me to use in my interview, and ordered the correct grey one for me when I get back. I was expecting to give back the charcoal one, but when I returned to try on the altered suit, he insisted I keep both for the trouble. I was blown away. Mike's words were "I do business the right way, the way it used to be done". Indeed. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I ended up purchasing two - I like the Rambler bottle straw caps better than the default screw top lid that comes standard with Yeti water bottles. The Rambler bottle straw cap (I don't use the straw) - allow one to open the bottle and drink one handed. I have several Yeti water bottles - so one of my smaller bottles has now transitioned from the standard screw top to the Rambler. Plenty of Yeti products in supply. Service was good. My friends and I went right when they opened at 3 p.m. on a Friday in October. Here's our experience: 1) Instructions: Two staff members taught us how to tie knots, belay, etc. Once we had the hang of it, they stayed with us to make sure we were climbing safely and/or had any questions. They were great instructors and very personable. 2) Walls: There are four different climbing walls and three ropes. Two walls you can climb without roping in and two others you rope in. (One had an automatic belay machine.) If it's your first time, but you want to climb high, go to the tallest wall and follow the blue markers. 3) Space: It's in the space that was the stage of an old theater. It's kept clean and comes with a training area, restrooms, changing rooms, etc. 4) Staff: When you check in, they give you shoes to climb. (There are cubbies to place your shoes in.) If you didn't sign a waiver online, they'll have you sign when you enter. Every staff person we met was very nice and helpful!

She was so kind and clearly knowledgeable about her craft…read more I needed alterations done on my bridesmaid dress, which was way too big on me and needed so many touchups in every area. Prior to altering the dress, I also had a problem in the chest area, as I couldn't find a suitable bra to work because my bra was visible in the v-line area of the dress. After meeting with Jessica and discussing options, we were able to find a perfect solution-- she used the same fabric taken from the bottom hem to create a small square, which Velcroed to the inside of my bra and folded over the front of the bra. This made it look like it was a part of the dress' design, making it super convenient to not have to constantly adjust the bra to hide it. Jessica and I met twice to consult about what needed to be done prior to altering, and I really appreciated how dedicated Jessica was to do the job right. She responds promptly, which I also love, as we were able to communicate frequently about questions I had and the timeline for getting my dress back. I also live about about an hour away from her, but she kindly offered to meet closer in my direction, which was extremely convenient.Once I had my final fitting to pick up the dress, it was like putting on a glove. Everything was done absolutely perfect. She even made me a scrunchie with leftover material from hemming the dress, which I thought was the cutest thing! I recommended her to a family member, who was also in love with the way her dress fit after working with Jessica. I would recommend Jessica to any and all looking for alterations. She is amazing!
