I got my hair done by Lydia and she over-processed my hair badly. Didnt deliver close to what i wanted. She charged me 608, and when I brought it up to her she lied about giving me a discount when I paid her in cash and card since it was such a large amount. I told her to check the cameras and she said she didn't care. My ends were falling out when she did it, she had to cut 4 inches off. Also lied about me having box dye in my hair, which I'm a stylist myself I wouldn't put in my hair. She continued to argue & blame me on Instagram when I reached out to show her I got it fixed. She thanked me for paying her bar tab that night lol. When she was doing my hair she talked about a lady being mad that she over processed her hair & now I see why. I guess it's a common occurrence. She turned me reaching out into a back and forth argument. I'd pick someone more professional to take care of your hair, and actually care. I'll put a pic of when I got it fixed. Every stylist that touched it for a blow out or treatment, told me " it was awful, over processed, I deserve a refund, or 10 conditioning treatments " just different statements from other stylists I've seen to get it styled. I didn't ask for a refund or free services because I was scared she would ruin it again. Just my experience. She said she didn't care about any reviews it's just a retail facility to her, as a business owner myself It would hurt me as an owner for someone to not care about my establishment and it's reputation. ON TOP OF everything she writes a fake review at the shop I work at because I put a bad review about her! 100% was her, I don't take any new clients so that's a fact. Retaliation? Wow read more

I'm not one to normally write reviews but with all of the positive one's on here, I had high hopes. My experience here was horrible, I was mortified and completely embarrassed... embarrassed because I basically got kicked out of the salon due to Halee not being competent as a stylist. My hair currently is a light/medium brown shade with grey roots. I had booked my appointment with my deposit about 3 weeks in advance. Once I sit in the chair, I explain to Haylee that I was looking to maybe get some highlights a little lighter than my hair now but not too light with the concern that it'll wash me out and a root touch up. She asked me if I wanted a bayalage which is not what I wanted. So I proceeded to show her a picture of what my hair used to look like that I was looking for in my visit with her. We went back and forth for a bit on my goals and she tells me 'okay, Ill be right back to mix up your color.' About 5-10 minutes go by and she returns to say 'For what you are asking for, I don't feel comfortable.' I then clarified to her that I was just looking for a root touch up and some highlights. She continues to say 'I'm going to give you the stylists card in the corner because she'll be able to give you what you are looking for.' This experience was completely embarrassing for me since other stylist and their clients could over hear this conversation. I would have appreciated if Haylee would have asked for help from another experienced stylist or someone who was in charge of the salon since she was not confident in her abilities. No one came over to offer any help or a solution. I love to support small businesses but this experience is NOT one that I would look forward to having again. read more
