Before she started my lashes she showed me the length and asked if I was okay with it and showed it to me on my eye so I can see where the lash would hit. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing. She was very careful and thorough. Usually when I get my lashes done my eyes burn at the end but she made sure it was dry before opening my eyes. Had the fan on so the fumes wouldn't burn. She even made sure the tape was in good so my lashes wouldn't stick to the bottom. 10/10 I would recommend her. She's very patient and welcoming.

The scalp cleansing was a little rough. She spent about 20 minutes scrubbing my scalp, to the point that it was almost painful because she kept scrubbing over the same areas with her nails. My hair was very dry and tangled afterwards and it feels like there's some residue by the nape of my neck. The massage was very disappointing. It was essentially just rubbing some type of scented lotion in with zero pressure. I can tell that she was completely inexperienced with massages. The atmosphere was also not what I was expecting. There were 3 beds in a room, separated by curtains, which meant I could hear the people next to me talking. They leave the door to the room open, so I could hear the other employees walking by talking loudly and eating their lunch.
