I was hesitant to do threading as I have had rough experiences in the past. She was reassuring that it could be painless and leave a great result, and to my surprise, it truly was! She was quick and efficient without doing a sloppy job. The tinting also came out very nice! I asked for it to be lighter, and she helped fill in the gaps where my hair was not growing well. All in all, I am so pleased and will definitely be returning. $20 for eyebrows threading and tinting was a great deal too! I would definitely recommend making an appointment. Edit: this place is really hit or miss depending on who you get. Some of the employees do not listen or understand what you may be asking for. If the owner is there she will usually set things straight, but otherwise it's a bit difficult. My last appointment took 2 hours for a pedicure and no-chip, but it was because I walked in during a super busy time. Edit 2: since I had a different person this time, the manicure didn't last as long. I got a chip after 1 week. However, the pedicure is holding up better. Trade offs I guess! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was in about a week & a half ago for a brow shaping, lamination, & tint (a service I have gotten numerous times at another location with zero issues). I got the text that the esthetician was ready so I went inside to check in. I see her walking in after me & I still waited another 10 mins for my appointment. There was not much small talk which was fine, the only thing she kept asking was if my skin was burning - something that had never been asked during any of the other times I've had this service. She also did not trim the brow hairs so they were completely uneven. I got home & followed the proper aftercare (didn't get them wet for 48 hours, no products, etc.). I noticed one brow was completely different. One looked great, the other side looked like nothing had been done. The hairs were barely relaxed, they were not sitting as they should. Most of them had a weird kink to them. I reached out right away to rectify the issue with no response. It got worse after sleeping on them. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this location & I will definitely not be back.

It's me again! I'm back to rave about Anna some more…read more I saw her on Friday for a lip blush appointment. I had lip blush done about 3-4 years ago by someone else, and it was honestly a horrible experience. Over the last few months, I kept asking Anna if it was really supposed to hurt that much or if I had just gone to someone who didn't know what they were doing. Like any PMU procedure, it's never going to be completely comfortable, but it also shouldn't make you want to quit halfway through which is exactly how I felt the first time, and I have an abnormally high pain tolerance. Anna reassured me that it really shouldn't be that painful, and she was absolutely right. I'm not trying to knock another small business, but the difference was truly night and day. The first pass has to be done before numbing, so naturally that's the most uncomfortable part. After that, Anna reapplied numbing cream multiple times throughout the appointment, and honestly, all I could feel was the vibration of the machine. One thing I really admire about Anna is that she's constantly learning and testing new products to give her clients the best possible experience. She actually tried two different numbing creams during my appointment to compare them. The first worked ok, but the second was hands down the best numbing I've ever experienced. When I told her, she immediately thanked me for the feedback and said she'd be switching to that one going forward. That's the kind of dedication she has, she genuinely cares about making every appointment as comfortable as possible. The appointment itself is about three hours, but the time absolutely flies. Anna is so easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor, and somehow makes the whole experience feel effortless. One thing I love most is that opening her own storefront hasn't changed her at all. She's poured her heart and soul into building her business, yet she's still the same humble, kind, and genuinely grateful person she was before. She's the definition of a girl's girl. For anyone curious, we created a custom color by mixing Brownie Pink and Choco Mauve to get a more neutral brown-toned lip. We tested several combinations on my hand until we found the perfect shade, and I really appreciated how patient she was. She wanted to make sure the color was exactly what I envisioned before we even started. I am beyond happy with how my lips turned out. They already look incredible, and the healing process has been unbelievably easy. The first time I had lip blush done (at a different place), my lips swelled to nearly four times their normal size (I'm not exaggerating) and stayed that way for five days. I was so embarrassed that I wore a mask whenever I went out. This time? Virtually no swelling, and healing has been a breeze. I can't wait to see the final color once everything settles over the next few weeks. Anna deserves every bit of success that's come her way. She continuously invests in herself, her education, and her clients, always looking for ways to improve an experience that's already exceptional.
