Andrea was paid in full for a eyebrow shading and fixing of other eyebrow work i had prior we talked she sounded like she knew what she was doing so I let her do her thing half way though she shows me my Eyebrow shape I told her this is not what I wanted I didn't ask for anything but to shade my own eyebrows well she took it upon herself to take my shape out of line and add what she thought would look good instead of what i came in for she told me it will heal differently give it some days well i did and still nothing i waited for my touch up and she definitely made them worst then they where so I texted her several times before she contacted me back to act like she was helping me but along she was she dodging me so I never got a call or text to get them fixed I still have them messed up thanks to her because they are so expensive I just couldn't come up with that king of money to do them over so please so your research into this business and the owner and Ny the way you know how to make someone feel ugly. If you're looking for someone amazing stop "BROWsing" because Andrea is it! I was verrrrry hesitant on getting micro blading done just because it's something that is semi permanent on your face but I also was tired of having uneven brows so I was happy I found Andrea. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Andrea she was so sweet, professional, and definitely put me at ease with the entire process. What I loved most was Andrea took the time to hear my concerns and what I wanted to achieve as the end result she took her time with drawing my brows out and gave me time to look at them and decide if I liked the shape. She also explained the healing/care process and advised me to message her if I had any questions. The microblading itself was painless for me as Andrea took her time with applying and reapplying when the numbing cream when needed. It did take about 2 weeks for my brows to heal and I went back about 8 weeks later for my second session which made me love my brows even more! SHE IS AN ARTIST! I received a touch up from Andrea. A day before my appointment, myself, my husband and my 6 month old baby were experiencing flu like symptoms. Because I was having trouble breathing, I reached out to Andrea the night before my appointment to get clarity on her reschedule policy. Andrea did not respond to my inquiry until 30 minutes prior to my appointment. She did not provide me clarity on her policy. 30 minutes prior to my appointment she text me, "I'm just now seeing this. Wearing a mask will be fine im totally ok with that." Mind you, I had been texting Andrea all morning. She has an iPhone and those texts said delivered. The fact that Andrea didnt care to give me the option to reschedule gives me the impression doesnt prioritize health and safety and she is thirsty. She wanted me to "no show" so she could charge me for the entire appointment without out doing work. I arrived to my appointment miserable, and with two masks on. As soon as I sit down, she starts burning a very strong incense. I could not breathe. I didn't have the energy or breath to scream over the loud music to request her to put it out. She finally put out the incense I suppose when she realized I was sitting there with my mask still on. I would not recommend Andrea to anyone. I'm very disappointed in the lack customer service and concern for health and safety. read more

If you want to get you brows done you DEFINITELY have to go to Andrea! She is just AMAZING at doing brows. I went in for a free consultation on a Tuesday and she mapped out what my brows would look like. I opted for the microshading so that my brows would be a little fuller and less work having to fill them in the mornings. Once the shape was settled Andrea scheduled me in for the following Saturday. The process itself is minutely painful, I'd say about 3/10. The appointment is pretty long, but you can't rush art!! The healing process went just as Andrea described. She was readily available by text when I was scared of my eyebrows seemingly not getting to the peeling stage. Felt so comfortable with Andrea. Besides being amazingly talented at what she does, she is cool, down to earth, and calm. I love my eyebrows and don't have to worry about them. I go everywhere without makeup now which has helped me in so many ways from time efficiency in the mornings before work to using less products. You have to find street parking but you will probably see her 2x within a span of like 8-10 weeks so it's not a big deal. The healing process was painless for me besides some itchiness and now they have healed beautifully after my touch-up. read more

First, if I could just begin by saying that if I could give "the brow healer" a 0 star review I would!!! The procedure I was going for was powdered brows! I'm going to admit I peeled the smallest piece of the tail of my left brow. However, that part isn't even the issue. Apart from that I followed all instructions given to me. My eyebrows are TWO completely different shades! I would continuously tell her there was no pigment in certain areas and she would tell me "no the color will come in" and guess what? IT NEVER CAME IN! FIRST SESSION: mind you I would look at my brows and tell her if she could add more color and she would tell me no! That she could see color in the areas I couldn't! 3 days later (healing) my right eyebrow had a scab and it lifted up and had absolutely no pigment. You'd think I never went to get my eyebrows done! All scabs came off by 6th day. There was little to no pigment on either of my brows. I contacted "the brow healer" and she said its normal for there to be no color AT ALL! And that with the touch up it would fix every imperfection. FIRST TOUCH UP: she said with this session there will 100% be pigment under the scabs. So, same right eyebrow scabbed by the 4th day and again NO PIGMENT. Both of my eyebrows had no pigment in the beginning of the brow and the tails (both). At the end of the session I pointed out to her that I felt like there was places that she didn't touch up. And she would tell me the pigment will come in. But it never did. I texted her 4 days later and She and I came to an agreement of when I can go in again for a second touch up. 2ND TOUCH UP: I then texted her again 10 days after this session letting her know that they fully scabbed and that I felt like they needed to be darker and that my right brow is lighter than my left. I GOT NO RESPONSE. She even told me herself at this appointment that their was pigment missing and she wasn't sure why the eyebrows looked the way they did after the first touch up. She touched me up in this session in less than 45 minutes. Which normally it would take her an hour and 30 minutes. She told me that in this session she wasn't going to go deep enough because she felt that maybe that's what would be best? How would have the pigment retained in my skin if she wasn't going deep enough? At the end of this session AGAIN I told her that my eyebrows had no pigment in the front of my brow and that they looked too separated. She kept saying the color is there that when she stretches my skin that she can see color. However, I told her to please add more pigment. She only passed the machine for not even 30 seconds. 14 days later I texted her again that they peeled. I like the shape, but my eyebrows are not the same color and they're patchy in some areas. I texted her letting her know that my right eyebrow looks lighter than my left. NO RESPONSE. I text her AGAIN 2 days later. NO RESPONSE. Then I call her 2 days later. NO ANSWER! Then I call the studio and they asked who I was and put me on hold. Then told me to contact Andrea on her personal cell because she rents out her own room and is her own business. And if I don't have her number then I was screwed because the person who answered didn't have the number either. I texted her after the incident. Asking if I should schedule a touch up without her herself giving me a date. NO RESPONSE! A few days later I filed a dispute to get my money back because I was getting no response. I had to go to another artist to FIX HER HORRIBLE ART WORK. So they credit me back and said that if the merchant responds within 90 days they will take the money again. So guess what? She then responds to the claim stating that the work she did was "GOOD and delivered in GOOD CONDITION" which is obviously not true! But mind you she couldn't respond to my text or calls but could respond to a dispute. ITS CLEAR ALL SHE WANTS IS MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT A CLIENT WHO FEELS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!
