I went in and was greeted by Catrina and Lucia. The overall process did take longer because Lucia was being trained but I didn't mind at all. I arrived at 1pm and left at 4:30. It was reassuring to hear all of the proper steps and procedures necessary to do a great job. They took their time finding the right color and measuring my brows. I felt confident they knew exactly what they were doing. I will say, I have a high pain tolerance, and this was very painful to me!! But well worth it. My brows turned out beautiful!
