Omggg! I found my new spot. And yes- it's the BEAUTY SPOT. A quick google search for salons that specialize in Pixie Cuts - brought me here.After looking at photos, I seen some familiar faces- a few of my mutual friends come here too- MISS EBONEE understood the assignment. She listened to my wants and delivered results! I love that she didn't rush through my service - she took her time to perfect her craft. Her energy and aura was so heartwarming. I showed the beautician what I wanted before I got there. We talked on the phone a few times. Ok the owner requested that another beautician that does natural styling would be best for me. I sent photos of my hair and what I wanted. When I arrived the beautician informed me that she didn't have the color we agreed upon. Now mind you my hair is short and natural. So now I have to pick another color. I wanted it curly up top and lines on the side. Short tapered cut on the back and sides with a few lines on the side. Now mind you the atmosphere was great. Nice music playing and staff was friendly. But there is a loud noise that I was told was the air conditioner. So for the three and a half hours this took, no perm either I had to endure listening to this.when I expressed my disappointment with the end result I was told they will do it better next time, what next time. read more

The experience I had on 12/21 was not the best however, I do appreciate the owner Ebonee reaching out to me to discuss my concerns and she offered to make it right. Ultimately, everything might not always go as planned initially and that's OK because we all make mistakes. We all deserve grace and the business response tells me that they care about their customers and care about making sure the customer is taken care of. Thank you Ebonee for reaching out. I was very excited to try this place after seeing some of the reviews. My stylist was very sweet but I feel like she didn't listen to what I wanted. I showed her a picture of style I want to get and she did the complete opposite. I feel like I was given an old lady hairstyle. She did exactly what I said I didn't want. I was given rods for a natural curly look, my hair is already very curly. I think there was not really much for her to do to my hair to get the style I want (it was very similar to the style I already had, just longer) so instead of saying there's nothing for me to do just grow my hair out more, she wanted to get paid regardless and did a random hairstyle. read more

My appointment was scheduled for 7 a.m. Ebonee did not confirm the appointment with me until 45 minutes prior to the appointment via text and phone call. When I finally saw her text, she tells me that the appointment will have to be 30-45 mins past the scheduled time so that she can get dressed. I don't know any (serious) business owners that do not confirm scheduled appointments until 45 minutes prior to an appointment. Needless to say, I canceled the appointment. That is no way to do business. I do not recommend Ebonee for business due to her poor business acumen. Stylists in Las Vegas come a dime a dozen. Those that stand out are usually the ones that handle their business the RIGHT way and take care of their customers. New Customers.... you have been warned! read more

I'm very unhappy with your services the first time you did my hair I truly love it and it felt like you put love into my hair . Every since that first initial hair style Has not be right since I've been coming back to you I've be so unhappy these last times honestly I wanted so badly to see if you were going to give me what I want but no as always you did my hair as if you don't have any interest in at all. I was initially excited to receive my services from ebonee because of the good reviews which now I see are from close friends of hers I should of spoke up when she first cut my hair it was extremely uneven and a rushed job which I understand she needs to make money for her time my hair was over processed to where I had blisters around my nape area and ears I even paid for some services that I didn't receive such as a steam treatment I tried to look past it simply due to her being a black woman and not trying to tear her down my final straw was my last visit my hair fell out completely so bad to where I had chemical burns and bald spots because in her words my hair was NAPPY this coming from a woman that looks like me broke my heart I had been nothing but nice and a good tipper on top of that when she didn't even acknowledge my hair loss I knew right then and there my money was no good to her I'm now completely bald because of the mis diagnosis of my hair texture the perm was too strong and as a result of that I had to shave my head it saddens me to write this review but I would like for ebonee to understand as black women we should uplift one another and not cast judgement because someone doesn't have a finer texture of hair her work is simply amazing but only if your her long time friend read more

I am so happy I found the beauty spot on yelp ! I wanted to cut my hair so badly but it was hard finding a stylist that specialized in black hair ! Not only did Ebonee do a great job but she exceeded my expectations. I was a little hesitant because I was cutting all of my hair off and it was a BIG decision for me. The other clients in the shop were so encouraging and friendly and Ebonee held my hand through the whole process. She was so gentle and patient with me even though I was completely terrified. I was totally surprised with how GREAT my hair came out. She even gave me tips and tricks on how to keep my style up and how to maintain my hair. Which most stylists don't do. I also needed a mask as I was headed to the airport right after my appointment and she had masks and even a cute outfit for me to change into for the plane ! When I texted her to tell her I was there, she lied and said that she had an emergency and asked if I could come back at 12. If she had an emergency, why didn't she let me know so I could just leave or not come at all instead of waiting for her? I drove 25 minutes to the salon.
