I'm so glad I found Radiance because all of the great reviews here on yelp. She keeps the atmosphere of her private salon so calm and relaxing. I got knotless box braids done and she did a great job while working quickly. Actually the quickest I've ever gotten braids installed and I have very thick full hair. Her parts are neat and her braids weren't too tight (I still have my edges thanks girl ) I would def recommend her to anyone looking for any type of braids, she did a great job on my hair!!!

Radiance's work is absolutely A M A Z I N G. After doing my big chop in 06.2017 I became extremely picky on who styled my hair. After 2.5 yrs of growth and being 100% natural: I decided to add color to my hair!! A friend recommended Radiance and I am so happy she did. Not only am I a blonde but Radiance was extremely intentional in preserving my curls; which was my main concern with going so light. However, when I tell yaa she S L A Y E D .. she rocks! I've been taking my daughter to Radiance for about 9 months now, she's not only cut and braided her hair beautifully, but also given her pointers on taking care of it!! I just went to her for the first time yesterday, and I'm so picky on how my hair is cut!! I like it done with a razor and she did a fabulous cut on me!! I can tell if I get a good haircut by the amount of time it takes me to do it!! I had it dried and styled in 5 minutes!! SHE'S AMAZING!! read more

I'm sooooo happy I found Radiance on yelp. She was heaven sent. I sometimes get bored with my hair and had a moment like britney spears and chopped it off ‍ so I went searching on yelp and I found Radiance. She gave me sound advice and got me into her chair early the next morning. Her name really is perfect for her. Her spirit is radiant of love and kindness. Her salon is a private suite. So if you're like me and had a bad hair moment or just like your privacy while getting your hair done shes definitely the one for you. Came her to get my first full sew in weave 2 weeks ago. Was definitely worried because of what I have heard about weaves and how tight the braids are. I'm kinda tender headed and SUPER picky. Radiance first set up a consultation appointment which was awesome. It was good to get to know each other first before the work began. My appointment was about a week later and I am 100% happy! My braids are tight and secure, but it didn't hurt at all! (1st time for that) Also, I want to be able to pull my hair up in a high ponytail without seeing any tracks. I haven't had my hair professionally done in about 10 years. I was nervous but felt like my hair needed more than just me & YouTube tutorials to bring it back to life. Radiance put me at ease right away, held a great conversation with calming music in the background, and left my hair with more life than it's probably ever seen. She didn't push any extra products or services and even took the time to give me a little tutorial on how to properly wrap my hair. I walked into the salon 5 years ago and she had a sign up that said "Now taking walk ins" We talked and I stayed, giving her a shot. Not only am I still there, my daughter goes there as well as a very good friend from work who had a dedicated hairdresser. And this is how our conversations go. My stylist did a great job with my haircut, and I could tell she's efficient and experienced. That said, I did run into an issue with the color service. The dye left visible staining along my hairline, temples/sideburn area, and behind my ears, which I wasn't informed about until after everything was done and I saw it in the mirror. The stylist did try to remove it, but it didn't come off easily, so I left with noticeable staining on my skin. I understand that things can happen, especially with different products, but I do wish there had been more communication in the moment and a more thorough final check/cleanup before I left the salon, especially since the staining was visible in multiple areas. Unfortunately, I'm not very comfortable waiting for it to fade on its own, and I'm also not inclined to return for a future service. Overall, I think this place has a lot going for it, but I hope they can improve the finishing process and post-service support so clients don't leave with unexpected issues. My "senior stylist," Evelyn, wasn't available until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. During that wait, I was offered water once, but I repeatedly had to ask how much longer it would be because the staff kept saying "soon" without giving me any actual estimate. When the appointment finally started, I showed Evelyn a reference photo and clearly explained my daily hair routine. I told her I don't use styling products, don't heat style my hair, and simply wash it and let it air dry. Instead of cutting my hair to suit that lifestyle, she used texturizing products and spent a significant amount of time styling it. I even mentioned that I would never recreate that styling at home because it isn't part of my routine. The finished haircut looked nothing like the reference photo. At the time, the heavy styling disguised just how bad the cut actually was. The salon gave me a $20 new-client discount, and I specifically told them to apply that amount toward the stylist's tip. Instead, they processed a separate $21.18 tip. While it's not the biggest issue in this experience, it was not what I authorized. The real disaster became apparent after I washed my hair at home. The styling products had been hiding an incredibly poor haircut. The layers are uneven and completely unblended. There are obvious chunks of hair missing, and the entire cut sits lopsided. It is nothing like what I requested or what I was shown in the mirror after it had been heavily styled. I'm now left with a haircut that is genuinely embarrassing to wear and will likely require another stylist to spend months correcting. Between the excessive wait, poor communication, unauthorized tip charge, and one of the worst haircuts I've ever received, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I absolutely cannot recommend this salon.

It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

I've been going to Radiance for almost a year and love how she not only specializes in hair care but my favorite thing about her is she's extremely punctual and when she does your hair she's really only doing your hair. As someone who's always on the go and very busy with work I can't afford nor do I have the time to sit in a hair shop for hours. She respects your time and I love as long as I'm getting a normal wash blow dry and flatiron I'm out of her chair in 1 1/2 hours. She's personable, funny and you'll feel relaxed as she does her thing! In an industry where so many people "Do Hair" It's so rare to find a stylist with this level of skill, talent and professionalism that is still accessible to "regular working people". I have been coming to Radiance for over 7 years. As a milspouse, our service has taken us across the country. I have flown from the east coast to Vegas on a red eye because I have been spoiled by her perfection and I honestly don't trust folks to play on my hair. ‍ She has a variety of skills (sew-ins, braids, color, cut,etc) for ALL races, hair types, genders, etc. Sitting in her chair is a full Salon experience. LOVE..LOVE..LOVE Absolute Radiance!! I moved to Las Vegas about three months ago and was looking for a stylist. I just so happen to find Ms.Radiance on a hair website and boy am I glad I found her. She is AMAZING!!! Ms.Radiance is well educated with her craft and her technique is FLAWLESS. I came into the salon for a sew-in with minimal leave out. She took her time braiding my hair, the foundation was the flattest I've EVER had! My tracks were laid closely together and she cut and styled my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. Went with my daughter for her hair appointment and left being impressed by what I felt was a very positive experience. I was impressed at how comfortable Radiance made my daughter feel during her first and subsequent appointments. Radiance takes time to give my daughter options and to explains how my daughter could best maintain her hair. I was impressed by Radiance's pleasant, positive personality and the pride she shows in her work. But most importantly, I was pleased at the end result, and by the smile on my daughter's face. If I could give 100,000 Stars, I would. I was looking for a hair stylist that KNEW what she was doing, and the few I stumbled upon before Radiance, were WORTHLESS. I contacted Radiance and explained what I needed, made an appointment, which by the way, she started on me the second I sat in the chair. I requested a shampoo and flat iron. When she was finished , my hair was FLAWLESS. And, it lasted three weeks, when most only last 10 days. The salon is clean and everyone is professional and courteous. My first visit with Radiance was truly a blessing. I loved the one-on-one experience! She listened to my concerns that I had about my hair. She did a silk press that gave my hair a lot of body.
