She did everything from take my picture, upload it into their system and even checked me out at her register, so I didn't have to wait in line up front. I would have been a mess without her help because there was an issue with the output machine which she skillfully fixed. The advertised time for a passport photo is one hour, but due to her efficiency I was in and out within 10 minutes. She is a true asset to the company!

We came to pick up a prescription refill, and the pharmacy employee told us it would take 45 minutes. She was holding what appeared to be the medication in her hand, so we politely asked if that was our prescription and whether we could receive it since it seemed to already be ready. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she responded with a rude and unnecessary attitude, saying, "Because IT don't have your name on it. 45 minutes!" She then abruptly hung up the phone. I understand that pharmacy staff can have busy and stressful days, but that is no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. We were simply asking a question and trying to understand why a prescription would take 45 minutes if it appeared to already be in her hand. A little professionalism and basic courtesy would go a long way. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of how busy the pharmacy is.

That car took approximately 40 minutes to finish, and by the time it was my mother's turn, it was 7:00 PM. The pharmacist acknowledged that my mother was next in line but simply closed the drive-thru and told her to come back tomorrow. The frustrating part is that her prescription was already filled. She wasn't asking for a new prescription or consultation--she simply needed to pick up antibiotics for a tooth infection. This could have taken just a couple of minutes, but instead she was sent home without medication she needed. I understand that pharmacies have closing hours, but healthcare also requires compassion and reasonable judgment. When someone is already in line before closing and needs an antibiotic for an active infection, taking a couple of extra minutes to help that patient is the humane thing to do. This experience showed a disappointing lack of empathy. I hope Walgreens encourages its staff to use discretion in situations like this, because patients should not be left without necessary medication over a matter of a minute or two.

I've been going to Radiance for almost a year and love how she not only specializes in hair care but my favorite thing about her is she's extremely punctual and when she does your hair she's really only doing your hair. As someone who's always on the go and very busy with work I can't afford nor do I have the time to sit in a hair shop for hours. She respects your time and I love as long as I'm getting a normal wash blow dry and flatiron I'm out of her chair in 1 1/2 hours. She's personable, funny and you'll feel relaxed as she does her thing! You'll look and feel amazing as you leave her salon...so if your looking for someone to keep your hair healthy that knows how to make you look hot plus someone who will respect your time...Absolute Radiance is where you want to be! read more

In an industry where so many people "Do Hair" It's so rare to find a stylist with this level of skill, talent and professionalism that is still accessible to "regular working people". I have been coming to Radiance for over 7 years. As a milspouse, our service has taken us across the country. I have flown from the east coast to Vegas on a red eye because I have been spoiled by her perfection and I honestly don't trust folks to play on my hair. ‍ She has a variety of skills (sew-ins, braids, color, cut,etc) for ALL races, hair types, genders, etc. Sitting in her chair is a full Salon experience. LOVE..LOVE..LOVE Absolute Radiance!! I moved to Las Vegas about three months ago and was looking for a stylist. I just so happen to find Ms.Radiance on a hair website and boy am I glad I found her. She is AMAZING!!! Ms.Radiance is well educated with her craft and her technique is FLAWLESS. I came into the salon for a sew-in with minimal leave out. She took her time braiding my hair, the foundation was the flattest I've EVER had! My tracks were laid closely together and she cut and styled my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. I can't express how happy and beautiful I felt when I got out of her chair. I can't imagine going to any other stylist now. Went with my daughter for her hair appointment and left being impressed by what I felt was a very positive experience. I was impressed at how comfortable Radiance made my daughter feel during her first and subsequent appointments. Radiance takes time to give my daughter options and to explains how my daughter could best maintain her hair. I was impressed by Radiance's pleasant, positive personality and the pride she shows in her work. But most importantly, I was pleased at the end result, and by the smile on my daughter's face. If I could give 100,000 Stars, I would. I was looking for a hair stylist that KNEW what she was doing, and the few I stumbled upon before Radiance, were WORTHLESS. I contacted Radiance and explained what I needed, made an appointment, which by the way, she started on me the second I sat in the chair. I requested a shampoo and flat iron. When she was finished , my hair was FLAWLESS. And, it lasted three weeks, when most only last 10 days. The salon is clean and everyone is professional and courteous. Blaming my receptionist and treating her unkindly is very immature for someone your age, and I would suggest some self reflection. I chose to cancel your appointment because of the multiple red flags on your part - coming the wrong day a week before, not communicating after reading my text on Sunday, and then not responding on Tuesday to my second follow up text, and then reaching out to the salon instead of me. I chose my own peace when I cancelled your appointment, because I do not believe you are the kind of person I want sitting in my chair. And this is MY business, not a walk in salon, so I choose who comes and gets to sit in my chair. Your money will be refunded but because I had already cancelled your appointment and deposits are non refundable my booking app is going to take longer processing it than usual because I had already opted to not refund it. I had to call customer care and ask them to refund it manually. Now I ask you one last time, please leave my salon receptionist alone. You have no business with her or the salon, you only have business with me. Thank you.
