*****BEWARE****** Do not use this company for bee removal. I used this company 2.5 months ago to remove bees from my olive tree! Their technician provided a written warranty for 1 year. I have the paperwork and provded when I called in last week to ask them to come out again as the bees have returned. They no showed 5 times! They told me that they wouldn't uphold the warranty because the technician was fired for not doing a good job and they wouldn't honor it. They looked back at their emailed receipt and it said 6 month warranty so they called me back and said they would come out but no showed 3 more times and gave the excuse that the owner had a stroke and her husband has cancer and that he couldn't help me and now are not answering the phone when I asked for a refund. I'm reporting to BBB and filing a claim with American Express. Stay away from this company! read more

Horrific Experience! They don't deserve a star at all. Their website touts that they "save the bees" and relocate and that they are "non-pesticide and environmentally friendly" but that is absolutely false. Instead, they poison, kill and trap them inside walls to die. Jeff came to my house because of a hive in my exterior block wall. He had a makeshift vacuum and sucked some of them out (they died) and plugged a couple cracks up with mothballs. He said he'd be back the next day to get the rest and never showed. When I saw even more than before going into the entrance they created, I called and asked for a refund. Jeff came out and said he'd make a "trapout." Instead, I walked out of the house to find him stuccoing / trapping them all inside the wall and set out a bucket of poison for the ones who escaped! When I confronted him, he denied it but couldn't explain how anything was working. I have a video of him threatening me and refusing to leave my property, and had to run across the street to get help from a neighbor. That night, I could hear them buzzing from the inside of my house and before I knew it, they had found a hole from the exterior block where Jeff had trapped them to the INSIDE of my house. I had hundreds of dead and live bees all over my house! I reached out to a LEGITIMATE beekeeper. She came over and drilled into the cracks that Jeff had filled with stucco, set up proper trapouts and a bee box. Within a couple weeks, she ended up getting about 4,000 bees out of the wall safely and taking them to a hive. The experience with Jeff and his wife was awful and I would warn anyone against using their services. read more

Today we had what you might call a "bee problem." A big one. Bees flying right outside our building and coming into offices through cracks in the ceiling. We called a competing pest control company who sent a very unfriendly technician that not only missed the problem, but rather made it worse. What started with 5 bees inside turned into 20-30. And they wouldn't stop coming in! We found the BeeMan online and asked him to get over here now, pretty please, with a cherry on top. He was at our doorstep within 30 minutes. The BeeMan was professional, informative, and entertaining to boot. He checked our roof and discovered a hive just above our ceiling tiles. Pulling back the ceiling material, low and behold, there was a nice honeycomb about the size of a cantaloupe. He carefully collected the bees with a special vacuum, then extracted the hive. Mission accomplished. The great thing about BeeMan is that he's in the business of moving bees, not destroying them. It's a better strategy, because you remove the problem from the building, yet still maintain the overall bee population. After all, bees are our friends. These guys are amazing!!! We had to call them back out after our old tree became an eyesore and another bee family decided it looked like a good home. Our yard guys would not take down the tree until the bees were removed (completely understandable). When the Been Man showed up, he told me he could not only remove the bees but also take down the tree!! This was a HUGE old tree and took them almost three days to clear all of the wood. Along with a small honey bee hive, there was a large wood bee hive as well. He not only fixed both problems and hauled off the tree, but then saw an old stump that had a hole in it and filled that with cement so there was no chance of bees moving in. About a year ago I had a bee problem inside my wall by the front door. Not really knowing any better, I called an exterminator who promptly came out, drilled holes in the wall and exterminated the bees. This wasn't just the wrong thing to do from an environmental standpoint, it would prove to be a temporary fix. In doing some homework I discovered that failure to remove the honeycomb which produces pheromones as well as failure to seal up the area would only attract another bee colony, which it did.
