Very unprofessional. People were let go for no reason with no communication of why. Open communication and constructive feedback is necessary but unfortunately that was lacking. The maturity between the management says so much. It's important for a workplace to foster a supportive environment, and I didn't find that here. We used Eco-Logic for a year and a half. Our 2 dogs have had nearly $10,000 in treatments with multiple vets and specialists since we started using their service. When I called to tell them about what happened, the office manager had no concern or empathy for our situation. They had no interest in hearing our experience which I thought would be important to them in case other customers are experiencing the same thing. I asked them to have one of the owners contact me and the office manager stated the owner had refused when I followed up a month later. I am incredibly disappointed that we ever used them. Found a termite mud trail, so I called Eco-Logic right away. Paul answered my questions and set up an appointment that was quick and convenient for both of us. He arrived right on time and went right to work. He was thorough, courteous and professional. We had our baby grandson at the house and Paul was very accommodating to making sure our little guy was comfortable with everything, like helping him in the front door. Paul spent about 1 1/2 hours checking and treating every possible hiding spot of the termites but we were fortunate to catch them early. A few hours after Paul left, he noticed that he had overcharged us and then called us to make arrangements for the refund. We have been using Ecologic Management for years and they keep this mom's anxiety and fears away but keeping all of the creepy critters away. We had an urgent bee hive situation one day and with toddler and three dogs they were there on the same day and handled the situation so fast and kept us all safe. I'm going to say scorpions are not their forte, since 6 days after a spray a scorpion was crawling on my son while he was laying in bed, and the response to my alarm about that, was to move the glue trap into my son's room. I have spray from the Home Dept that has been effective at killing scorpions. I paid the extra money to a service so that I wouldn't have to see nor kill them myself. They examined the interior of the home and spot treated where necessary. We called Eco-Logic because our neighbors referred us. Paul, the owner, arrived first thing in the morning and took his time checking out the perimeter of the house and the ceiling, which is where we initially saw activity. He drilled holes around the outside of our house which was quite time consuming. He explained how termites operate and what to look for and expect in the future. He gave us a 5 year guarantee but said his technique usually works well past that time. Upfront, he's more expensive than other services but he doesn't nickel and dime with add-ons and his price includes any other upkeep service in that 5 year guaranteed timeframe. We know other people that went with other companies who continue to spend $100 a year after their initial service to keep up on the termites. With Eco-Logic, you don't need to do that. They're a local Cave Creek based company so they know the area and you feel like you're dealing with a friendly neighbor. Would highly recommend. read more

I would highly recommend this company. After being told I had termites by a friend. I contacted Eco -Logic because another friend had used them for termite treatment and was very happy with the quality of service. I was given a quote over the phone including a 5 year warranty based on sq footage. I set up a treatment date.Paul arrived and started his inspection, soon after he told me I did not have termites. There were a few dust strings hanging form my ceiling. I was embrassed but he was so very sweet and honest he even left me a non toxic liquid to get rid of some spider webs outside.
