Had a specific request and the staff handled it with options. Explained what I was doing and they guided me appropriately

I've been here quite a bit in the last year while I try to get into brewing. They are always very helpful and informative.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Service was quick, and everyone made us feel right at home after a morning of traveling. One of the best surprises was the $4 Bloody Marys such a great deal, and they were delicious. I also tried the Amber beer, which was smooth, flavorful, and paired perfectly with lunch. The food was excellent all around. The fish and chips were crispy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The wedge curly fries were a huge hit at our table and are a must-order. The kids' mac and cheese came in a very generous portion and easily could have been shared. The standout for me was the Great American Bison Burger. It was cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Between the friendly staff, great food, reasonable prices, and relaxed atmosphere, Squatters was a fantastic start to our Park City trip. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a casual meal and great local beer.

I ordered a salad and it was huge and fresh. We also had lots of apps that were good. Some were good sharing sizes some def need to order a few. Others seem to like their food too, but this is your classic American fare and pub food hard to get wrong.

Ambiance/Cleanliness-See above...very clean...comfortable chairs. 4 stars Service-Brooke was excellent..warm, courteous, efficient. 5 stars Food-Italian Deli Sandwich and tots. Delicious. My SLC flight was also delayed, so I decided to use the voucher since my new arrival time in San Jose would be after midnight. I walked from Gate 4 to Gate 13 and stopped at Salt Lake Brewing. I asked the woman at the register if they accepted the meal voucher, and she pointed to the credit card machine, explaining that I needed to enter the information there. As I began entering it, she asked for my order. The woman then asked if I wanted her to input the voucher information for me, I gladly accepted. I wanted something on the healthier side since it was late, so I chose the salmon. Because the voucher was only $12, I paid the difference. My food was ready in about 10 minutes. Since fish isn't always the friendliest dish to open around other travelers, I walked over to an empty gate and sat down to eat. The potatoes were cooked nicely and were delicious. The broccolini was also cooked well and tasted good. The fish, however, was not very good in my opinion. Parts of it were cold, while other parts were lukewarm. I prefer my fish more thoroughly cooked and seasoned, and the salmon lacked seasoning overall. I ate a good portion of the potatoes and all of the broccolini, but ended up throwing away most of the salmon. The color of the salmon wasn't very appealing either.
