Love this place. I had to make a last minute stop because I broke a nail. It was about 30 mins before they closed. I was just going to have a fill and a fix. They asked if I wanted a pedicure. I said I didn't want to keep them passed the closing time. They assured me it was fine. So I agreed to the pedicure. One lady took care of my nails while another lady took care of my pedicure at the same time. I didn't realize how much I so needed a pedicure. They massaged my feet and legs and used hot stones. The salon has a great assortment of colors (acrylic/gel). The cleanliness is beyond with barriers at every station along with enough room in between so you can enjoy your pedi/mani without any worries. I did not have an appointment but they were very welcoming and gracious when I called and told me to come in anyway. I was seated immediately. The salon is clean, well-lit and decorated beautifully. Every staff member that I encountered was kind, and although some of the staff members wore masks, I could still see that they were smiling. Ana was great! I got the relaxation pedicure. It was pricey, but it was money well spent. She took her time and was engaging, but allowed me to relax. I am very pleased and will likely return soon. read more

Staff is nice but nails never last and you leave looking crazy. Why pay 90 bucks for gel at that only to have it chip within 1 day. They rush the service. I've been here about 10 times, and 8 of 10 they don't last... I would even be okay if they were willing to fix it at no cost to me since it's not my fault, but last time they offered 5 off to redo which is ridiculous after having spent almost 100 for nails. You don't mind raising your prices but your products are poor because there's no way gel should be chipping within two days. Unacceptable. Also, as a working person it is difficult to come in... so by the end of the week, I look crazy in my corporate setting. Unacceptable. Please go else where. This Nail Bar opened up over the summer and I am just too thrilled with their service. So far I have been there three times and each time was a pleasure. The decor inside is beautiful and all of the ladies are extremely nice. With nail salons it always kind of puts me on edge because either you don't know how you're going to be treated, or you're afraid that you might get hurt or someone may not sanitize their tools. Well that is not the case here at THE BELLO NAIL BAR. Everyone is very professional, personable and sanitary. So far I have gotten three specialty pedicures and gel manicures. My technicians did a wonderful job, my nail polish lasted for almost 3 weeks and their massages had me feeling like a whole brand new woman. I love because they were newer shop they have tons of fresh new nail polish of every kind to choose from. If you're in the area you have to try them out because they do great work and the prices are reasonable. they are in a huge shopping plaza with different restaurants and Publix. I got gel, price for that is kinda regular there but 3 days after I got them done I went to the beach I'm not sure if that was the cause but my light purple turned to a blotchy white purple... so I went in and got them re done bc I paid for a service that failed, no questions it was re done but the person who did them she was so sloppy w the base and top coat my fingers were on fire drying them.. and to top it off the owner is not very friendly it's her way or no way not a fan. I don't know why I haven't reviewed this amazing nail salon yet. I've been here 5 times at least. I recently went in for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure and my nail technician was the best one yet. I unfortunately forgot her name and I'm so mad at myself. My nails looks PERFECT. I'm a perfectionist and they are amazing and even and just so pretty. It's the best dip manicure I've ever had at this salon. The salon atmosphere is relaxing and SAFE. There are sheet dividers between the tech and the client and every bowl is lined with a fresh liner and new tools are opened for each client. I think my technicians name was Gee or Jee. Came in to simply get my nails soaked off. Instead of soaking them the manager began clipping them off with a cuticle cutter. I said I wanted to keep the long length of my nails and she clipped 4 of them so short that they were bleeding. She was so rough that she made a hole in the center of one of my finger nails. My skin is showing in the middle of my nail. I told her I don't want to do my nails anymore because I cannot put anything on my raw skin in the center of my nail and she told me she could just "buff it". I said I am very upset that my finger nail has a hole and that I am leaving. She proceeded to charge me $5 for it and never apologized. Very unprofessional. read more

Just spent the last 50 minutes trying to fix the horrible nails that were put on me today. I'm so embarrassed to walk around with these nails. They are uneven- one side is longer that the other. They are thick when looking at the side of them. I showed pictures of what I wanted too??? The only thing they were willing to do is get my name and number? I will never go back and hope that the person who did my nails gets retrained so he doesn't upset someone else's day. If they do this to you, speak up louder than I did. read more

Some of the best nails I've ever had! Atmosphere was of course a 10/10 but besides that the service was amazing! I made an appointment at 5:30 for a full set and as soon as I walked in at 5:27 I was immediately taken. A young man started my nails and the owner finished them up. Both were so friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. Price Wise was very reasonable, $25 for a full set with regular polish, I believe $35 for a full set and gel polish and $16 for a fill. Needless to say this is my new nail spot for sure! Best place I've been to by far! read more

I went and had the dip powder on my nails and within two days it was chipping and lifting off my nail bed so I went back so them could repair my nails and toenails and color change they did fix them two days after they fixed them they started chipping agin me personally will not use that salon again $70 lates I'm having to go back to the I originally get my nails done and Pay agin to get them done the right way. The color wasn't the problem you had a lot of color to choose from my problem was that it chipped two days after getting them (paid $70 ) the dip powder last me almost 4 weeks. Ok so months of having my real nails topped w acrylic none of them broke except the right hand pointer finger nail like 6 weeks back bcus I hit my nail. I went to this bello salon where Tiffany did my nails and I paid 130 give or take on Wednesday b4 thanksgiving by thanksgiving which was one day away 3 of my nails were broken and the 15 dollar gel polish which is 10 everywhere else was pealing off I thought my thumb nail was broke but it was just the gel pealing off I went back to get my nails fixed the lady I'm assuming may have been the owner wanted to tell me my nails broke bcus I hit them that the one nail was bleeding when I made her take the polish off and fix it she saw it was not bleeding fixed my nails I guess to her standards but she has one going to the left and other has a big bump on it and then the next day another nail broke if u look at these nails none of them look the same some look straight some look like claws and some are crooked I would not recommend this place to anyone and I'm posting this on Facebook ig etc read more

She didn't even file my nails. The water was cold even after I asked for it to be hotter. The massage was terrible, just her hands on my legs, no pressure. And the hot stones were luke warm. I finally was able to try out this new nail bar in my neighborhood and wow I love this place. First off, tue inside is gorgous. I love the high ceiling and mosaic tile. I felt like I was in They have the largest collection of gel polish ive ever seen. Most place have just that 1 wheel of colors, this place had 6 wheels of gel polish alone. I love the Aloe Vera pedicure I received. It was so luxurious. She use real aloe, oils, a lavender wax treatment on my feet, more oils, hot towel that smelled like foot loops(I loved the smells).
