My poor husband received a pedicure and man's manicure. The manicure was rushed and left his fingers rough and thumb raw and slightly bleeding. I spoke with the manager and she never called me back. We spent $267 and tipped very very well. I had no idea what they did to my husband until he got home, ( drove separately). Pictures below. My husband told me that his technician never put his fingers in oil, used oil and only quickly rubbed lotion on the top of his hand. we were told his manicurist was just " really busy" Afain, we spent $267.

My nails were done very sloppily and felt rushed, as if he simply wanted to get me out of the chair because I wasn't getting the more expensive service. I still paid for my service in full, but I chose not to leave a tip because I did not feel the service or experience warranted one. I didn't say anything while I was there because I was honestly so uncomfortable and upset by his demeanor that I just wanted to leave. No customer should feel like they are an inconvenience simply because they choose a basic service instead of a more expensive one. I love that I could make my appointment online for the same day, and even pick what technician I wanted. I made an appointment with Heather for both a pedicure and gel manicure. When I arrived, I was told that someone else would do my pedicure, which turned out fine because while I was sat with Nancy at my toes, Heather started the gel removal process on my fingernails. Heather was very friendly and chatty, and I could tell that she had a lot of regular clients in her salon, as she greeted many people by name. They offered us drinks, including wine. My SIL is a regular, and several of the staff chatted with her. Malika did my pedicure, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. She's extremely sweet and lovely, but she also did an amazing job on my pedicure and eyebrow wax/trim. My toenails grow quickly, and need to be round and shaped well, or they will be painful and start becoming ingrown almost right away. I mentioned that to Malika, and she honestly took such great care with my pedicure. It's been almost two weeks and they still feel fantastic, which is not at all usual for me. Since we were 11 a.m. I had a busy morning and rushed out without coffee. I asked if they had coffee and they do, but it's powder from a package. Therefore, it is already sweetened with creamer and sugar. It was a little too sweet for me, so next time I know I need to bring my coffee. I really enjoy the decor of the place, it has a lot of glitter (which I love) and tons of greys and blue. They really like this dog training show and play it on the TV. It's a random thing to notice, but I miss when they played the home improvement shows. However, since I was there with my sister we were busy chatting instead. Their no frills pedicure (which is still great) is $33, which I think is a great deal. I feel like my feet were pampered and I have a new color that stays on pretty long. Bali has been located in that same spot in the plaza off Van Dyke and Dale Mabry since I worked at the Super Cuts next door while in high school in 2001-2002. I went for a pedicure this past Tuesday and was modestly talked into a manicure as well. I decided on gel since I only go to a salon for my nails once a year. It was a treat myself kind of day. And treat myself, I did. I enjoyed a serene spa pedicure with polish of a sparkly purple color by OPI called "Feel the Chemis-tree!" Two days later, during Thanksgiving meal prep, part of my right thumb's nailpolish lifted (vegetable peeling) and I panicked. As soon as I returned to the salon on Black Friday, they quickly fixed the nail and sent me on my happy way. I look forward to returning to this place of pleasantries as soon as I am released from work for holiday break!!
