Strip Steak: broccolini, potato mille feuille, creme fraiche, chimichurri

The Bellwether is the perfect spot for a date night with the wife. It can get busy, and seating for larger groups is limited, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. Their patio is fantastic when the weather is nice and creates a charming, upscale atmosphere. That said, the interior is just as inviting, with a romantic and moody ambiance that makes for a great evening out. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Our server, was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered great recommendations throughout the meal. You can tell the owner and chef take pride in creating a memorable dining experience. We started with the garlic herb fries, which were packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. I also ordered the classic Caesar salad, and it was authentic, fresh, and perfectly executed. For my entrée, I chose the strip steak, and it was outstanding--easily one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. The cook was flawless, the flavor was incredible, and every bite showcased the chef's attention to detail. Overall, this was a 10/10 dining experience, and I can't wait to return.

Food was excellent! We had the lox eggs Benedict, the animal farm omelette, the regular Benedict, and the pork belly sandwich. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. The place is a bit echo-y and unfortunately we had a large party of 12 screaming females next to us that made it hard to enjoy at times. But overall it's a great space with lots of natural light and decent seating. Service was fine, a little slow to check back in at times but nothing major. Overall I'd come back for the food but not necessarily for the ambiance.

Delayed Mother's Day brunch by a week since we were too slow in making reservations. So glad we still went! Our reservation time was also opening time, 10:00. The parking lot had spaces available. We walked in and there was an event space on the right and a large sofa and chairs against the back wall. Signs indicated where to go for Bellwether so we went around the windows showing the climbing wall to the elevator. Upstairs we were greeted promptly and asked if we wanted to sit inside or out. We opted for inside and she led us down one level to the second floor. I think the building is really cool, and the restaurant is well appointed, exposed brick, cool lantern hanging lamps, bookshelves filled with books and odds and ends, Waitress was friendly, there were only a couple of tables on the floor, but she wasn't intrusive and let us take out time. It filled up more by the time we left. The menu had several things I wanted to order but ended up deciding on the breakfast fried rice. We also ordered the cinnamon roll for the table. Coffee was hot and kept refilled, but it was just ok. The cinnamon roll was tasty. The fried rice was great and the fried egg on top was well cooked and tasty. One of our party ordered a side of sausage, it was four links and they were good, another ordered the pork belly sandwich and that was one of my other choices, I tried it and was impressed! I thought it would be too sweet, but it was perfect. Viewing the pictures of dinner, can't wait to go back for that and sitting outside!

Take the elevator up to a nice brunch experience on a Sunday. Had to work out a seating arrangement for our group but very accommodating for a rather large group. Nice brunch selections and drink selections.

Best chargrilled burger in town! My friend loved her asian inspired tofu bowl that she said was top notch. Nice ambiance & our server was very attentive.

I enjoyed my brunch visit to the Bellweather! I have previously been here for dinner, so it was great to see what brunch offerings they had. This is a very cute restaurant and gives you nice cozy vibes! Service was fast and efficient, which was nice for brunch. It wasn't too busy that morning. They also have a lot outside which makes parking very convenient. They have a pretty good assortment of options for breakfast and they had a special of a brunch burger, which someone in my party really enjoyed. I tried a tomato basil omelette which was OK. I think it needed a bit more flavor. The potatoes that came with it were very tasty.

The Bellwether is one of those spots that feels effortlessly cool without trying too hard. The vibe leans modern and a little artsy. The menu follows right along with their creative, seasonal, and whimsical creations. I was here was a very last minute planned birthday gathering after a series of unfortunate events leading up to my birthday kept planning from happening sooner. There were only 6 of us, but they still made sure the dinner was spectacular and special for my birthday. The food was phenomenal and I need a whole series to go over the plethora of wines, beers, mocktails, cocktails, and more they offer! Having a mocktails list for my bestie was just an added bonus on top of everything else! I can't wait to come back again and try more deliciousness! Open the door, follow the hallway labeled "The Bellwether" to the elevator, select floor 3, enjoy the experience!

This was a really amazing restaurant but the elevator was out and was not at all convenient. We sat at the bar and it was 4 flights to get to receptionist and 2 more or the bar...and I'll say we were not ready for that at all. But it was worth a nice like hike up and back down for the brunch. The menu was unique but had plenty of amazing things on it too. I found the French toast to be burnt so that was disappointing but everything else was amazing. The cinnamon roll was fluffy and flavorful and shareable if you want it to be. I had the biscuit and gravy which was on the menu exactly the way I always want to order it like a nice fried egg on top. The other thing we had was the breakfast fried rice was incredible.

What rock have I been living under? Came here with a friend for brunch on Sunday around 11am. I made a reservation on Thursday night and they called Saturday to confirm and let me know that the elevator was down and that it would be a 5 flight stair climb. When I arrived I was greeted by a cheerful host and my waitress Camyrn was nice as well. They mentioned a few options and I settled on the biscuit and gravy with soft scrambled eggs and potatoes. I had an orange that was good too and there are free refills on that. The biscuits and gravy was the star of the show. The cheddar biscuits is different and pairs well with the gravy. The kitchen was a bit behind so we waited for about 35 minutes for our food but it was worth it. The inside of this place is decorated beautifully, staff is friendly, and it is clean. As always folks, until next time...

My husband brought me here for our one year wedding anniversary & it did not disappoint! The food here is incredible. I loved the mocktail options since I don't drink, I got "where the sidewalk ends" & it was so yummy! The garlic herb fries were crispy, I loved the lemon on it. The Cacio e Pepe was easily the best I've ever had- creamy, cheesy, & perfectly peppery. My husband got the strip steak, it couldn't have been cooked better honestly. Within a couple bites, we were already talking about what friends we could bring with us next time. We plan to try brunch soon too! Our server was awesome, it was such a busy night but he took great care of us. We parked around the corner & had to walk, I'm sure we could've parked closer but we didn't realize it at the time. Can't wait to come back!!

Sister restaurant to polite society with similar vibe and amazing drinks. We were a large party and they were very accommodating. For apps- bruschetta , garlic fries, burrata , broccoli dish for main course the rice noodles, scallops, squid ink pasta with shrimp , mushroom pasta ( robust flavor ) and desserts both the bread puddings ( original and peach) and brownie . Couldn't go wrong with this place

Fantastic family baby shower brunch at Bellwether yesterday. The food was delicious! I was too distracted to take pictures but we had buffet style with scrambled eggs (they were cooked perfectly), giant fluffy biscuits, fresh fruit, two types of sausage, two types of gravy for the biscuits, roasted crispy potatoes and waffles! Coffee was awesome with all types of cream, juices and soda. The two ladies running the event were lovely and accommodating. The event space is charming and still has the effects of being an old power plant building. I highly recommend The Bellwether for your next event. Thank you for making our celebration so special!!
