Sometimes we can score a same day appointment in their web app, but most days you have to schedule appointments in advance. I am willing to pay the higher price here for the quality over other barbers. I have never taken advantage of this but they do offer free trim ups between service. I found LG on a search looking to clean up my beard and touch up my hair for a dinner and an event. It was short notice, and my Bespoke experience began before I even arrived. There arose a scheduling issue that he worked personally with me from jump to accommodate my schedule. Check. I arrived and was greeted warmly, escorted to his private studio, and we sat and chatted about what I was looking for. I'm a newbie when it comes to facial hair, and struggled with how to describe my intended look. No problem. LG took the extra time to ensure he could envision what result I was seeing in my head. He cared solely about me. Check. We began and found some areas of life experience we shared and chatted about those in a very casual but real sense. It wasn't small talk. He genuinely cares. And you feel it. Check. What seemed like a very short time later he was done, and I have never been happier with the results in my life and I'm 50! Check. Getting this type of service is new to me, a gift to myself for turning 50. And it was the best gift I could have chosen. I also asked for a skin fade but he didn't shave it to the skin, and he used some comb that was like digging painfully into my head the whole time. There was also no correct balance with how much hair was left on the top of the fade, and he didn't shave in the hard part I asked for either, just kinda buzzed a line.
