Since moving to Scottsdale 3 years ago, I tried several other highly rated salons. None offered all the qualities I was looking for until I found Bespoke. Bespoke is a much smaller salon than the other high end salons I tried; but, only top notch stylists work here. I wanted a salon that only had highly trained, TALENTED stylists. I wanted a stylist that could do balayage highlights and give a great cut. I chose Brittany Christine after reading many reviews. She is a very talented stylist and twice I have gone home more than pleased. I have already booked multiple future appointments with her for this Fall and Winter. Brittany Christine is life changing! I moved to Arizona about two years ago, and I would travel back home just to get my blonde hair highlighted every six weeks. I had a hard time finding recommendations for a hairstylist in town that could do both cut and color. I was so grateful when my stylist back home met the salon owner Jay Olson. She knew that I would be in good hands at The Bespoke Salon. When I first met with Brittany Christine, she made me feel so comfortable in her chair. She took time to consult with me and listen to what I was looking for. Ever since my first appointment, I was hooked. Not only did my hair have gorgeous dimension and color, but it felt healthy too! What I love about working with Brittany is that I can literally just sit in her chair and I trust her to create an amazing look. I highly recommend The Bespoke Salon and stylist Brittany Christine. Bespoke is a small newly renovated salon focused purely on hair. The salon's modern and creative vibe is also reflected in its creative hair styling. I arrived not quite sure of the look I wanted, but explained my desire for a low maintenance color/style and showed her a few of images I thought would fit. I got got my hair done by jay and was satisfied with the results. However, he only works 9-4 mon-thurs and books up in advance. He ended up canceling my next hair apt bc he went on vacation. Since his next available wasn't until 3 weeks after my orig apt date, he told me to go to someone else in his studio. Desperate for my roots to be gone, I went to someone else in his studio that week. I did not like my hair at all. I asked jay if he could fit me in to fix once he got back from vacation and he told me he was too busy and is no longer focusing on the client side but more on his hair line color. He told me I could get my hair redone for free by the person who did it or get a refund. WTH jay? Def not going back to this salon. read more

This is by far the best salon in scottsdale. The establishment itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. You feel a sense of relaxation when you walk through the door. The staff was super friendly and upbeat, they made my whole hair going experience a true pleasure. I get highlights and extensions and I didn't even realize my hair could look this good. Love the Bespoke Salon. I first came here 6 months ago when the salon first opened because I followed my FABULOUS stylist, Brittany, there. Even though I'd follow Miss Brittany ANYWHERE, I really hope she stays here!! I love the ambiance and the people at Bespoke. Aside from Brittany, I've gotten to know Danielle and Jay and they are fabulous as well!!! I just love the atmosphere here!! Now a little something about my stylist Brittany - I said earlier that I followed her here and I'd follow her anywhere!!! I will be a LIFE LONG client!!! I had the pleasure of getting styled by Brittany. As a young father and working professional I need to look my best, especially when tired and beat down. I'm now hooked on this salon. My look is fresh, the salon is clean and has a fantastic crew and overall vibe. Brittany was skilled and is a master of her craft and I really couldn't be happier. I always go see Kristi Warner when I'm there and she does an amazing job. She's also super sweet and an overall awesome person. The color and cut always turn out exactly how I want it to and I totally trust her opinion on what she think will look best. She's gradually made my hair more and more blonde and does so in a way that doesn't make it feel like it's being damaged. I leave loving my hair every single time and always get compliments on the color right after I get it done. I have recommended her to a couple of friends who have loved her too. I have used jay for years even before he started his own salon. He's an amazing artist. BUT the customer service is terrible. He books appt every 30 minutes regardless of what he's scheduled for. So he's basically behind after his first appt. if you r lucky enough to get a first appt of the day he's running late to that most of the time. I have never gone in Bespoke and been seen on time. To top it off all of his appt are two or more hours. I have spent 1/2 my day there before. Last time he cut my hair uneven which honestly has never happened before and when I contacted him to fix it he had his assistant text me and tell me he couldn't fit me in for over 4 weeks. I'm sorry this was a 5 to 10 min correction for something he messed up. I had issues with him in the past i.e. Not showing up for booked appt and always gone back but never again. read more

I was referred to Brittany and I'm so happy I was! I got into her fairly quickly, maybe called 2 weeks in advance at most. The day I went in I was actually 38 weeks pregnant and having contractions, but doc said I was fine. I was in pain but Brittany got me in and out quickly and the easy conversation helped me keep my mind off of the fact I was possibly in labor!! The even better part of the experience--hair turned out exactly how I wanted :) This will definitely be my new "home" salon. This place is awesome. The vibe is super laid back and chill which makes for a relaxing experience. It's fitting in Scottsdale because it's cool and hip but doesn't feed into the Scottsdale pretentiousness and overall douchery. Kyle Tuttle is a somewhat new addition to the salon, and having been a client of his for a while, I followed him when he moved here. Kyle is always awesome, so no surprise there. i visited the bespoke salon just a few weeks ago for the first time. i am in LOVE! i have fairly long hair and i get nervous just thinking about change, but i'd seen pictures of brittany christine's work and i took a chance and trusted that she would take good care of me. i called the salon to make my appointment and they gave me brittany's phone number and said to text her, that she makes all her own appointments. i texted her and she returned my text within a day and asked for a picture of my hair to allow her to plan how much time she would need. after sending it, and because my schedule is fairly flexible, she gave me a few dates, i picked one and we were set. the day of the appointment she texted me to let me know that she was running early and that i could come before my appointment if it worked for me - which it did. after meeting brittany, let me tell you - she is an artist! she listened to my concerns about how i like my hair to be cut, gave me her opinion and in fairly short order took my washed out brassy color to rich and beautiful and so natural looking. she also gave me the best cut i have had in a very long time. i am beyond happy and i'll definitely be going back. brittany is truly a gem all around - a beauty on the inside as well as the outside, and really, really good at what she does. i'm so happy to have met her! read more

My first time at this salon and coming from LA I felt at home again. The scene was trendy with unique touches on every stylist. First hand, I could tell that each hairstylist had their own technique and style that they specialize in. All of them had a smile and from the looks of it, they all enjoy what they do. The gal that did my hair was Brittney Christine. When I first met her I knew we would get along. She had a really petty fresh blonde going on with a warm smile. Honestly, my hair was a wreck when I sat down at her chair (blonde with 3inches of re growth, no dimension) we had no clue what to do. What impressed me was she literally said " I need a few minutes to think and process what I want to achieve" and she walked away. When she came back she went to work. The turn out was a transformation. My first impression was that my features stood out and the color of my eyes popped! She literally brought the life back into my hair and I'm glad I trusted her because I people have been stopping me ever since. I felt loved and enjoyed her company!!!!!!!
