Been coming here for about a year but, unfortunately it only takes one time for someone to ruin your hair and not do the right thing to fix their mistake. I went to Dallas as I normally do for my routine coloring and he turned my hair purple and grey. (I always dye my hair the same color of light blonde) When I addressed the absurd color he made my hair, he rudely said it was my own fault for waiting too long to come back for my roots and that he used the same coloring as always. If he is the professional and knows my hair so well, he should have said something before he put the dye on if it had been too long instead of turning my hair purple and grey and then blaming it on me. After telling him he has to do something about this he claimed he took the toner out leaving me with orange hair and telling me there is nothing else he can do. He refuses to refund me my money and he is leaving for vacation tomorrow which now leaves me walking around with orange hair for a week and going on my own vacation with this embarrassing hair. I am extremely disappointed with Dallas and how he treats his clients and I am disappointed in the salon, after asking for managements help with the situation all they could say was it is between you and your stylist and they can't do anything about it. read more

I know a lot of people who feel loyal to Brittany, a stylist at Bespoke; however, her disrespect towards me clearly shows she is financially in a place where she can lose a customer here or there. She obviously doesn't value every single customer. I was referred to Brittany by a close friend after having my stylist of over 11 years move out of state. (Clearly I will hold on and follow true talent when I find it regardless of price.) At the start, she was very flexible in working with my schedule. However, less than 24 hours prior to my appointment, she texted to ask if she could postpone my morning appointment to the afternoon. Fortunately for her, I was willing to move my day around just to see her. Here is where I was an idiot: It was my very first time at the salon, and the Waverly Salon is just next door; they almost share a ramp to their entrances. BE SURE TO ENTER BESPOKE AND NOT WAVERLY SALON! I accidentally sat and waited in the Waverly Salon for precisely 45 minutes!!! And this speaks negatively of Waverly as someone should have greeted me or inquired after my sitting there so long. I wanted to be patient. Brittany had already pushed back my appointment, so I figured she was running late even more than she had anticipated. Then I get a text from her saying that she had to drop my appointment because I was 15 minutes late! I realized my mistake immediately, and I went next door to Bespoke where I saw Brittany having HER hair washed by a coworker in an otherwise empty salon. At this moment, I was officially 15 minutes late to my scheduled appointment even though I had actually been a half hour early, which meant I had sat and waited over 45 minutes! The salon was empty. Brittany didn't even bother getting up from her seat but coldly addressed me while her hair was being washed. She simply stated that I was late, and she can't see me. I informed her of my stupid mistake. I at least expected her to make an effort to reschedule even though it was obvious that she wasn't tied down with a lot of business at the moment. But when I told her of my mistake of waiting next door, she just repeated herself: "I'm sorry. You're over 15 minutes late." I just walked out and balled in the car. I drove over a half hour to be there after rescheduling my entire day for her. And then I waited another 45 minutes in the wrong salon. And she showed no interest in keeping my business. I will tell everyone I can to NOT see Brittany at Bespoke Salon. She may be a talented stylist with a loyal clientle base, but she is not professional in her approach to new customers. She could care less for new clients. She doesn't need your money as she has all the clients she needs. If you're shopping for a new place, don't go to Bespoke. read more

I'm one of those people who brings in pictures (I know, I'm the worst) and she always nails it! Lately I've been going for a cool blonde that's not ashy and she totally gets it perfect every time! Before this I was really into a really rooty ombré and she's flawless at that too. I truly have never been more pleased with my hair. I have gone to Brittany Christine Bohnsack for years. I've followed her from salon to salon to salon. She knows how to work with blonde and she knows how to treat my hair, simple as that. She specializes in making the color she's applying look natural even if its far from natural to you. One thing I really like about Bespoke is that they all work as a team there. It doesn't seem like they're all competing for more clients in their own chair. Danielle Walker is another stylist there that I just love, she obsesses over beautiful luxurious hair and she's confident with funky colors. During my time spent there I've had other employees ask me if i would like something to drink, if they could get me started by a hair washing or a brush out, etc. I love it! I had a nice mix of damaged, fried, ugly goldish ombre. She spent 4+ hours on my hair which I know was much longer then my expected timing. The results are amazing. She transformed my hair and gave me confidence back. The booking process was a breeze. She responded to my text to right away. She was able to get in the following week(I am flexible on time). So disappointed. I was referred to Jay for my color correction, I'm an ex stylist going from black hair to light again. I set up a consult and an appointment. During the consult Jay was nice and direct to say he knows my hair will be a process he just wouldn't have the time for. I totally understood, so he was going to refer me to one of his stylist and said someone would be in touch with me the next day to schedule. 2 weeks and me trying to reach back out to him, still no word. He canceled my appointment the following day with no call from anyone else to reschedule. Obviously this salon is established and they can take or leave whoever they want, so just be prepared to not get an appointment. read more

This review is about the colorist Chase. I would not recommend him I had a panel of purple with an all over color and after 3 weeks it was totally faded. Also my hair was not rinsed well when I got home my scalp still had purple all over it. The all over color wasn't any better he missed spots of my hair. I explained that my hair was never striped of color to add color. I went back to Vidal Sassoon to get my hair color fixed. It pays to go to a salon that has well trained colorist. read more

So Karen Fuwa has done my color for years. She is an expert and worth every penny when it comes to hair color. She communicates well and will not overdo or underdo your color. Beyond myself, I have seen her work over the years and she performs like a pro. Results for me are long-lasting and actually save me money. My hair needs gentle care because I have hair shedding from lupus flares from time to time. At times I feel pretty crumby from this disease so looking like I feel good is a huge plus! Brittany is amazing. No question about it she just is. I was looking for a new hair salon and came across Bespoke. I called the salon to try to set up an appointment and Brittany called me back the same day. She tried so hard to fit me into her busy schedule with my crazy work hours. When I got there someone admittedly asked who I was there to see. I was early, so they asked if they could get me anything while I waited for her to finish up with her client. So hospitable. When I sat down in her chair for the first time she took over 10 minutes to just listen to me and truly understand my hair and what I wanted. I filled her in on the craziness that is my hair. I have thin hair, but a lot of it. It's dark brown and dyed every 3-4 weeks for whites. I am truly amazed by the talent this girl has. The way she has been able to lighten my stubborn hair and keep it healthy is crazy. I have been going to her since February. My last visit was to get some extra brightness and make my hair fabulous for my birthday. She had an extra little birthday surprise there for me when I arrived. WHO DOES THAT?!! I was able to get in to Bespoke and book an appointment with Tanner, last minute on a Saturday (which is UNHEARD of in Scottsdale!), when another salon had cancelled my appointment an hour before I was supposed to go in for a color correction. Tanner is not only a great guy, but he did an amazing job fixing my color; he eliminated all of the brassiness out of my balayage and got my blonde to where it needed to be. I truly appreciated him fitting me in and he stayed later than he anticipated to help me with my hair, even though it was the first time he had met me.
