I just had my house cleaned two weeks ago by Maid Brigade who did a great job. I called Igor to clean today because I have an ant issue, and I've used them satisfactorily before. Unfortunately, today I came home to my stuff moved around a lot more than seems reasonable, a missing magnet, a new stain on my chair, and visible spots on the floor where I'd sprayed Kaboom on the ants... showing they didn't even clean the floors (or not well). There's a ring mark on the counter from a dish from before they came, and a couple of dried ants still in places. Literally 20 mins after sending a Yelp message Igor reached out. He said he would give a quote after a walk through. When he came for the walk through described a few options at different price points and told me what level of cleaning was involved in each. We agreed on a price and within two days his crew showed up and cleaned our place. They arrived on time and were efficient with the cleaning. We paid in cash and inspected our place after they left and we were so thrilled with their work. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS! Things I didn't even think of were cleaned. No damage, no stolen property (it's sad but it's happened in he past), no missed work or shitty quality. I texted Igor immediately after and thanked him. It ended up being a little pricey, but for the level of clean that our place got to I felt it was totally worth it. Had this company several years ago. The owners were good cleaners,but they had a crazy lady working for them that poured toilet bowl cleaner in our sinks and ruined the pewter fixtures. She also dropped bleach on our carpeting on the steps and 2nd floor. Hopefully they no longer have this crazy woman working for them. read more
