Their drywall was so bad, and their workmanship of covering stuff was nonexistent. A 10-year-old boy could have done a better job. I would not recommend them. I had to hire someone else to fix it. Quality Restoration was called out to repair floors last october on a house in escrow, by the sellers. I was the buyer, the seller had to replace floors last minute. The work they have done is falling apart in places. I have asked what their warranty policy multiple times and have been completely ignored. We had bad water damaged and Quality Restoration came out and quickly and efficiently showed us why they are one of the best in the business. After the initial work, they left us a couple of dehumidifiers and fans to use. Today, Tim came out to pick up the equipments. We didn't ask him to, but he went ahead and sprayed on more moisture barrier protection onto the wood beams. And...with no charge! Again, that's going above and beyond for their clients! Called Quality Restoration for a water heater leak that caused water damage and mold under the box and in our family room. Joe came out and immediately put us at ease regarding the damage. He did a great job cleaning up and 3 days later we were dried out. He worked to minimize costs as much as possible, since we didn't go through insurance because we just finished a large claim for a slab leak. He also brought in Dave, who did the drywall repair for a very reasonable price. The garage looks better now than it did before. Honesty, fairness and sense of urgency. Three qualities I was looking for in a company to come out and remove mold from behind my bathroom wall. I had close to 10 mold companies come out to give me quotes and Frankie was by far the best offer, and most fair of them all. He was able to come out, look at what needed to be done, give me an estimate on the spot and start work two days later. He even linked me up with his contractor to put the bathroom back to how it was prior to the work -- all for less than one of the other companies to just come out to do the mold portion. Bought a new place and found mold stains behind some kitchen drawers. Frankie came by about 3 weeks ago & was the only person of 2 other companies I met with that didn't immediately tell me that they had to tear that part of my kitchen down to know if there really was mold there & just how much it would cost me. One person said before even coming by that they charge a minimum of $1500 no matter if it's just a small area. Frankie instead asked me questions related to indications of active mold, inspected all sides of the area, including outside, showed me that it appears there was active mold at one time but the area is dried out now and the prior owners didn't clean that part up. Since I was already working with a contractor & it was a small area, he just told me what was needed for it to be remediated by them and didn't pressure me to use his company. I appreciated that he didn't come across as someone just trying to get the job and would do more than what was necessary to remediate the issue. I plan to call him if I do ever have a water issue and I've shared his info with my other family members doing remodeling. Trust is huge when working through home issues and I appreciate Frankie for not trying to upsell me in these though times. read more

He sent in a team for asbestos testing and it turned our we had asbestos in our walls so he sent in a trusted certified partner to take care of the abatement part and still remained available for any questions (I had a lot!) during this time. I ended up going with a family friend for the restoration portion of the work because I had worked with him previously but I would absolutely trust Frankie and his team to do an amazing job with that portion as well. My wife and I had an exhaustive 9 month battle with our insurance company over a water damage claim we originally submitted back in mid 2015. From day 1 the guys at Quality were at our house making sure we were taken care of and have literally been in our corner ever since (even after the original claim was wrongly denied). The fact that their whole team helped work on our behalf even after the claim was seemingly dead in the water is a testiment to how much they actually care about their clients.
