They ruined my transmission a few years back and blamed it on me. Took over 3+ weeks to get my car…read moreback. I eventually had to go to a junk yard and buy my own transmission for 1/15th of the price of their rebuild quote for them to install. They cut my exhaust pipes where the flange from the Catalytic converter meets the H-Pipe. Not sure why they didn't just unbolt it? In fact, didn't even bolt them back together with new bolts when they cut them off. Instead, they put on exhaust sealer/glue. When I got my car back, I told them that I had a big exhaust leak and their response was, "the car was like that when you gave it to us". My driver side exhaust has been leaking for years due to them cutting the flanges.. I had to grind down the flange just to level it out and it's still not perfect. Every week that I called them, they said never even started it. "it will be done next week, call us next week" - "oh yeah he just looked at it, call us tomorrow" - "give us one more day". How hard is it to swap transmissions? They replaced the oil pan on my transmission and charged me for it without my consent because "It had a dimple in it". I even had to take the car back to get the shifting lever re-adjusted because the car had trouble going into reverse. I never even got my old transmission back either. They wanted to charge me a "core" charge for my own transmission when they were supposed to swap it out with another one I had in the trunk. My car drove perfectly fine without 4th gear and overdrive turned off. Once they did whatever they did, I got my car back and it was slipping gears, only to lose all forward gears on the highway. They charged me to install the replacement transmission I bought at the junk yard. I haven't had a problem with that transmission after all these years. This happened years ago but I remember everything. I love how my review isn't recommended. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I came in with a bad tire and rim, asked for an overall check to ensure safety and they found bad tie rod ends. Warranty company was very challenging to get ahold of but Dave worked so hard, was flexible and was very patient throughout. After all of the warranty process, when they could start ordering parts (after 5pm) for my car they had it all done by 11am the next morning. The tire took the longest to come in because they wanted to ensure it was the same as the others so it wouldn't cause any problems with the alignment (I respect rather than pushing Me to get all 4 new tires like others would do). They were able to repair the dent in my rim rather than buying a new one as well. Overall so relieved to have a place I can trust that cares about not only getting the money but giving customers the best service and most for their money. A huge thank you!!!
