Burke Chevrolet has the worst service department of any dealership in Western MA...run as fast as you can since if you have a problem with your car and then need to know a ballpark of cost for this repair will not get one because they are just too busy to give you this information - cannot even call you back when a little slower as well...now I understand why I never brought my car to this dealership for any service ever! read more

Women beware, they will try to scam you and take you over the top. If you have to come here, BRING A MAN. I came here for an inspection, left with a rejection sticker for front suspension. The write up said front LEFT. Went to my mechanic, he shook down the front end, there was ZERO play. Returned to Burke with my mechanic, and suddenly it was the front RIGHT that was an issue. And better yet, when we said "show us the play, where is the issue?" the technician couldn't prove to my mechanic that there was ANY play whatsoever. They saw a female walking into their shop and thought they were making quick money. Well guess what, you picked the wrong girl. I'll take my passing inspection, you can have a one star review for trying to scam me. Cherry on top was the greasy handprints left on my fender and the grime all over my previously-clean Tile tracker. read more

I recently had a great car buying experience at Burke Chevrolet. I walked in and was greeted immediately by sales representative Hector Medina. I informed Hector that I was interested in test driving one of the vehicles on their lot. I was test driving the vehicle within 5 minutes. I returned after the test drive and asked Hector to work up the numbers while I took my puppy for a walk. When I returned Hector was prepared and ready to sit with me. Hector and I came to an agreement and I purchased the vehicle. This happened on a Friday and I picked up my vehicle Monday. He followed through with everything I asked him to do. Getting close to 5pm, I was actually at Valley Motorsport next door, locked my keys in the car. I asked a customer who was about to leave and he went out of his way and made an attempt to help. I thanked him for that. This young arrogant kid at Valley's Service center refused to help one bit when I asked if they had anything long I could use, he said no... (How can you not at a service shop?) He told me to go to Burke Chevrolet and I am glad I did because the service guys there were very nice and went out of their way to help me. The service guy went to the different mechanics and asked for the proper tool but the guy who had it was already gone. I was able to borrow a broom stick and the service guy assisted me. I didn't buy a car from them or pay for service, it was out of their good heart that they helped. This guy REPRESENTED Burke Chevrolet very well and I applaud and thank them.
