Everything bagel mix berry cream cheese

Dropped my car off at Harvey Auto for an oil change and figured I would check the place out. Building use to be Hoagie Heaven, then a Subway, so happy to see it went back to a small business shop. Lots of beverages to pick from. I grabbed a strawberry blueberry lemonade which was refreshing. I also grabbed an everything bagel with mixed berry cream cheese, bagel could have been toasted a bit longer. Service was quick and friendly. Was handed a punch card so when I purchase 12 items I get a free medium beverage. Don't live in town anymore so will see when I next come back.

Monson Runs On Better Bean! Came through town with a need for caffeine. I decided to stop here after having family and friends recommend it. This cozy shop in downtown has both amazing drip coffee and easily the best espresso in western Mass (thanks to their amazing machine from Spain) This would be my daily stop if I still lived in town or nearby

I have been coming here since they opened and they never disappoint. I love the options and seasonal drinks they have. The coffee here is always good. I haven't tried the food, but it always looks amazing too. The girls that work here are so sweet as well!

Positive messages to brighten my day!

Excellent coffee and baked goods and wraps! I go out of my way to stop here. Staff is wonderful. Service excellent, always welcoming and positive! Really cute little space. I love their messages on my coffee, really brightens my day coming here.

The food and drink quality is phenomenal! I only wish there was indoor seating so that I could have stayed there longer.

The meal I received (Eggs Benedict Florentine, a regular menu item) was not what I ordered (Tara's Benedict, on the specials menu), but by then I was so hungry that I just ate it. It was good. However, after a runner delivered our food, our waitress never checked in with us, or even made eye contact with us, until we were done eating. When she finally came, I told her (politely) that I had ordered Tara's Benedict but had received Florentine. She seemed to not know what to do with this information - but she did want me to know that she correctly submitted my order. Okay, I said, I just wanted to let you know that there was a miscommunication somewhere. She brought us our bill promptly (the incorrect meal was not taken off the bill), but then there was more waiting for her to come back and take our credit card. Finally my dining companion went up to the register to pay the bill. While there, they tried to explain to him what happened - apparently the chef had a different specials list than the specials menu that was given to customers. This does not really explain the mix-up. Plus, it was 11am on a Saturday - near the end of the breakfast period. How did they not realize sooner that the chef and the wait staff had different specials menus? This establishment is a little off the beaten path; you have to make it a destination - something I will not be doing again.

Typical old diner vibe . Wooden benches with tables , and a nice counter . I started with coffee , and I LOVED that they had nice cold creamer in a mason jar , not those little creamer . Nice touch ! I got the St Patrick's Day special bangers and mashed . Came with 2 eggs , and toast . Everything was great . My only complaint was the mashed weren't that hot . Maybe it sat a little before it was served ? Besides that , YUM ! My Daughter got the French toast with cream cheese and fresh blueberry's on top , she loved it . Good job !

No because I choked on a grain of rice and somebody's got to pay the price for that. What if I'd expired? What an embarrassing obit that would've been.

Shortly after we were seated we heard crashing ands banging of pots and pans. someone who we believe was the cook was throwing pans around in the kitchen and yelling at other staff members, this went on with the crashing and banging of pans for a few minutes. The server was ok, she was nice, very laid back slow pace. The food was mediocre at best. Burgers were frozen burgers like you would buy at Costco. The fish and chips were also from frozen...both the fish and the fries. Some of the fries were still cold. Beer was good but the server had no idea what beers they carry, had to look at the taps. The Chicken Salad Sandwich was in a hard crusty bread which was hard to eat and it was flavorless. We will not be going back to this place. It was a waste of money when we could have driven a little further and had good food and drinks. Dont waste your time and money at this place.

There weren't too many people there, but it made for a lowkey dinner. The food arrived quickly, and everything we had was actually much better than we were expecting. Cool concept with all of the books lining the dining room, and we appreciated that you could take 3 for free. Also walked around the book cellar too. There weren't really any titles that grabbed us though. My main critique is that it was pretty dusty... we looked at one of the lights and the cobwebs on it made it look like a Halloween decoration. You have to wonder if the dining room is that neglected, how bad is the state of the kitchen? Wouldn't be in a rush to come back, but glad I can say I've been to what's considered such an iconic roadside stop.
