We called roadside assistance numerous times and waited for an Uber ride. After 3 hours of continued discussions, an Uber ride came to pick up only 3 not 4 of us. No! How can we leave one of us there? ! There was no Uber or car service available at Palmer; no car was willing to take us home which was over 50 miles away. All staff at Dunkin were very kind. We were able to seat our old parents (over 85 years old) inside and enjoyed sandwiches and coffee inside the well heated Dunkin! Nick spotted our car service while we were waiting at the other entrance. The whole ordeal finally came to a closure after over 6 hours. BMW roadside assistance was extremely helpful. Eric understood our situation and went above and beyond to find us a car service, not an Uber. Thanks Eric army BMW! We are grateful to meet great, nice, kind people like you (Nick, the guy and gal prepared our sandwiches and drinks. Sport that I did not ask your names), especially when we are far away from home!
