Great service. Beautiful place to sit outside on the boardwalk. The chicken schnitzel was really good. The sauce was delicious and the chicken was very crispy. The potato pancakes were very tasty. My husband had a burger he enjoyed. Our server offered him samples of beer before he decided what he wanted. Being during the week, it was quiet. I can imagine its a fun lively place in the summer.

Love this place! Such a great atmosphere, I love the outdoor seating and the games. The service was exceptional, and the food was very good. The jalapeño peppers were amazing !

ATLANTIC CITY: The BierGarten is dog friendly! A mostly outdoor space with some indoor/outdoor seating at the bar, the Biergarten has a huge selection of draft beers with over 30 on tap and also bottled and canned beers. Anytime we find a Weihenstephan, we are thrilled and they have it! They also have a German-inspired food menu and the potato pancakes are excellent! There is plenty of seating outside ranging in various sizes to accommodate your group. You can order at the bar or a server will come out to assist. There are games like corn hole, jenga, and TVs to watch the game in the bar area. Alexa is an amazing bartender/server and gave us a tip that if your drink is in a plastic cup, you can walk with it on the boardwalk! Just remember that dogs are prohibited on the beach and boardwalk between Memorial Day and September 15th. The place is always dog friendly, but when in-season, from Pacific Avenue, walk up Belmont Avenue to the boardwalk and the biergarten is on your left.

This place is the epitome of boardwalk bars. The outdoor seating is beautiful along the beach and the service is quick to serve and sell you adult beverages to sip on as you stroll along the boardwalk. There is plenty of seating if you want to sit and sip, or if you want to order a drink to-go. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a refreshing, no thrills drink or cocktail. I had the margarita and enjoyed it on a warm August day.

    Both were very refreshing!

The atmosphere and food was delicious! All seating is outdoors. They have plenty of umbrellas to keep you shaded. They also had entertainment. She actually was good. She performed solo. My husband ordered the German beer. I had the strawberry cider. It was so refreshing and I was relaxed instantly. The service was prompt & friendly. We went doing October fest time. I definitely would return if the weather allows. Since it is outdoors. They also have games you can play. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Go to place for beer and amazing food . My favorite combo is. Giant pretzel with a Stella draft followed by a red breast 12 neat . Place is weather permitting so keep that in mind . Excellent friendly service in an outdoor relaxing environment.

As beautiful as it is during the summer I can't believe it's December 30 and it's 62° And I wish they were open

Open air bar and restaurant on the boardwalk by the Tropicana. On a fair weather day this is a fine place for a cold beer, and there are plenty to choose from, with German ales particularly well represented. The food menu likewise highlights German sausages among a variety of other dishes. The biergarten concept is there, along with an impressive range of options beyond the classic Oktöberfest fare. I ordered the bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeños, which came four pieces to the plate. These are not your average battered and deep-fried cream cheese poppers! Biergarten's jalapeño approach is sophisticated and upscale, using a sharper cheese that accentuates the taste of the bacon and the peppers. The drizzle of crema and sprinkling of crumbly white cheese on top are a delightful flourish. Looking at old menu photos makes me think this may be a new menu item or a special, in which case you should demand this dish until management makes it a permanent fixture. Fair prices, good service.

WOOF! WOOF! Hello everyone I am Charli, the adorable mini labradoodle who has been a loyal patron of the beirgarten since I was just a tiny 8 week old pub. From the moment I first spotted this oasis right off the boardwalk I knew it was special. The outdoor seating area is simply pawsome. Its spacious and shaded with umbrellas and adorned with benches, tables, and outdoor games for humans. There's always a gentle ocean breeze that keeps my tail wagging. And the fairy lights strung up overhead create a magical ambiance at night. Now lets talk about the food and all those craft beers and fancy drinks my humans so enjoy. Im not old enough to imbibe but I never met a pup who didnt like the smell of freshly grilled sausages. The Texas size pretzel and the cheese curds are my favorite. I sneak a few when no one is looking -- don't tell !! But the best part? The staff here is five paws up!! A special bark out for Patty, Thomas, Grace, Maria, Madison, Tim and Michael just to name a few. They treat me like the royalty I am. I get head pats, belly rubs, and a nice cup of fresh cold water --- even the other patrons love dogs as much as I love them. I can honestly bark - this outdoor beirgarten is my happy place. So if you are a pup or a human looking for a tail wagging good time, this is the spot to be. WOOF - Love Charli

No, it's not the excitement of eating out again that snags 5 stars - our food was amazing!!! I had the kale & quinoa salad with chicken, cranberries and goat cheese. No skimping on the perfectly grilled chicken either. Josepp had their gourmet grilled cheese (a thick gloppity half) It was TO DIE FOR good! Great, friendly service. We love it here!!!

Just stopped by for beers. Great service. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Great selection of beer and alcohol. Nice mixed drink menu also. Didn't get food but all the plates nearby smelled and looked amazing. Especially the sausage dogs.

He made it very clear that the restrooms were for paying customers only. I firmly replied, "I plan to dine in, but need to use the restroom first. Is that a problem?" He didn't seem too happy with that response and walked away. As intended, I sat at the bar and ordered wings and truffle fries. The food wasn't particularly memorable, but the wings were a decent size. The truffle fries were fine, but nothing that stood out. Antonio clocked in about halfway through my meal and was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, attentive, and completely changed the tone of the experience. Overall, it was a good visit with decent food and great service from Antonio. Unfortunately, my first interaction with Domingo left a poor impression and took away from what otherwise would have been a positive experience.

I most recently tried the Pomegranate Margarita on their seasonal menu and thought it was excellent; it was not too sweet or too weak. I stopped in for dinner around 6:15 PM and, as always, the atmosphere was welcoming. There's indoor seating, a full bar, and a fantastic outdoor space complete with games, a fire pit, and one of the best music playlists in town--often accompanied by live entertainment. It's the kind of place where locals and visitors naturally mix together, creating a fun and friendly energy. One thing that always makes me smile is the sign when you walk in explaining that the bartenders and servers may be outside and asking guests to let them know they've arrived. Honestly, who could blame them? With the fresh salt air coming off the Atlantic Ocean and the outdoor atmosphere they've created, it's exactly where I'd want to be too. Tonight I ordered the crab cake platter, served with garlic French fries and coleslaw. The crab cakes were very good, packed with flavor, and the fries were crispy, garlicky, and absolutely delicious. A simple meal done right. Everything was fresh and appealing, I eat small portions so I took one crab cake and some fries home with me. I did ask about dessert, nothing was available, I don't do sweets frequently, I'm surprised they don't request Momma Chocolate, at Bar32 to make some extras for days they are closed. They also have a great $25 dinner special on the weekends, however we weren't looking to eat that heavy. But the live music on weekends at 7pm brought me in without the specials. We started with a down East blackberry cider $8, and a wanderback Hugo pilsner $7. We took our time sipping slowly while the band's set up and began to play. I think our server was more eager for us to make a food order than we were to eat yet. But when we finally did order, we chose a Tennessee Avenue tycoon salad and the "Phish" grilled fish tacos on corn tortillas. The salad was fresh but ordinary, with grilled chicken, blue cheese, egg and bacon. Spouse opted for some sort of orange dressing instead of the normal avocado dressing, perhaps it was the same one I loved on the fish tacos, a chipotle aoli. The Phish tacos were on soft corn tortillas that needed more time on the flat grill with a little oil to crisp them up! The fish was nice and white with good sized pieces in each taco. The cabbage slaw inside was wet, mashed avocado and so was the aoli, so a little gloppy but good even if it fell apart. These tacos are normally served with a side of chips, so I asked what options I had besides potato. Our server happily volunteered a grilled vegetable side which I loved until I found out it was an $8 upcharge of which he didn't inform me when ordering. That's an extreme amount, for not advising the customer prior. We stayed for a second round, I had another blackberry cider because it was delicious. Spouse switched to the Blue Horizon Kolsch, but apparently it was high test because it was $10. It was a lovely evening but, room for improvement. The band was fantastic, played all our favorites and we stayed a lot longer as a result of the great weather and the lovely picnic tables in the "garden". The beer hall has done a great job making this a fun hangout!
