At first I was afraid this was more of a fast food restaurant but was relieved when I found out it wasn't. I was quickly seated and drinking coffee and water right away. I ordered the country Benedict with a side of hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were too cold to eat like they came straight from the fridge but the rest of the food was delicious. I did like that I had my own little pot of coffee. They have a big menu so I'd like to come back and try more items. Stopped in for Sunday Brunch with my wife, daughter and Son in Law. This was my first time here. Overall a pretty good experience with the food coming out good and freshly prepared. It was Sunday lunchtime so it was busy. We were told it would be a 5 minute wait and it was. By the time we were seated there were a lot more people in line than when we arrived and it was getting a little crowded and noisy, but not too bad. Our server did a good job and got our order correct and with no mistakes of forgotten items. The food was good. It was your typical fast casual breakfast diner food. Nothing spectacular but it was all well prepared. I would certainly eat here again if it was suggested but it probably wouldn't be my first option, if I was asked to pick a place, unless it was for convenience. read more

Came here for breakfast with my boyfriend while we were in town and this spot was perfect! I had been to a big biscuit in Kansas before so I was excited to try this one out and it was just as good. Insufferable experience. We waited on the waitlist via Yelp for over an hour, which was understandable as we saw the business was extremely busy. That said, as soon as we were 10th place in line, we were booted from the waitlist with zero communication. We had to go ask if we were still in the line, and the hostess sat us immediately as she seemed very confused at every question anyone had, and was just sitting everyone who asked about their wait as soon as she could. It was clear there was no system in place. We finally sat and ordered our food, and waited over an hour for our waiter to even check on us. We were one of 4 different tables trying to figure out where our food was, and wondering why our servers were nowhere to be found. There were no managers or leadership seen anywhere at any time, and when we finally chased our server down, he just said the person in the kitchen didn't speak English and that was the sole cause for the kitchen being slow. There was no communication to us on wait times, no offers for drink refills, and we had to ask another waiter at a separate occasion when my son spilled his drink for help. The food itself was nothing special, and certainly not worth the hour and ten minute wait. When we finally finished our meal, again, we could not find our server. He even sat the check down and said "hey, at least you won't be waiting on this" and then didn't come back??? Finally, I went up to the hostess stand, and none of them could have cared less, in fact, went and found our waiter and clearly said something negative because he just said "sorry you're pissed" and then ran our card for the meal. We will absolutely not be returning here, and probably neither will the three other tables who were also very frustrated, one of them angrily storming out as we were eating. Had there been ANY attempt at customer recovery, we would have maybe considered coming back, but there was not a single positive aspect of our experience. The wait times were abhorred, servers and hostess employees didn't give a crap about any of the customers, and the food was not worth the wait compared to the many other options in Fayetteville. I will actively recommend anyone against coming here. read more

Overall good first impression, the wait isn't long and the staff are friendly. The ice cubes are tiny and the food is huge. The big bacon burger should be called the tall bacon burger because I had to hydraulic press the thing to be able to fit in my mouth but overall solid burger nothin fancy but I have nothing bad to say. Probably wouldn't do a date here but if it's a family breakfast then this is a good place, I might return if I'm back in the area. If I said stuff that would make it sound like I had any kind of negative experience I didn't, I can be a little rough in the morning, I would really suggest trying this for breakfast. First off you HAVE to get the sticky biscuit. You'll say you will share it but then you will will you had your own. That also may explain why the tables are sticky. Service was 100% awesome. Note the grits are made with chicken bullion and they are ick. Especially since I'm one of the psychopaths that likes sugar and butter on my grits. The Nashville Hot Biscuit could have been amazing if the chicken was thicker. It is like a centimeter thin but this has this great crunchy coating. The pickles are those yummy fresh ones. We were a party of 20 on a Sunday afternoon. In town for a memorial service for my dad. Family in Fayetteville from California Kentucky Tennessee Texas Colorado & New Mexico. First place we called ahead and were told they could accommodate us but when we arrived there was no parking and people were lined up to get out of the lot. So obviously they weren't going to get us in anytime soon. Saw The Big Biscuit down the street and took a chance. It was pretty busy but Trent was able to get us seats ALTOGETHER in less than his estimated 30 minute wait. Under promise and over deliver is always a good idea. Chloe and Jezebel were our waitstaff and they did a great job keeping all of us satisfied. The food was delicious. Something for everyone. I had the Jaybird (biscuit, chicken & sausage gravy.
