This shop had all our EBikes ready and waiting with names on them. We quickly signed our paperwork and were off. Some of our group could have used more gear instructions vs when the power would kick in- say up a hill what gear to be in but- through some laughs they figured it out but thanks again- beautiful sunny summer day and they were great

The next week I went in. The guy fixing my bike was also selling the high priced bikes. My bike was due to be finished and waited 30 minutes While the kid ran back and forth . Poor service I had to take my bike back because the brakes did not work after being fixed. I dreaded the brow beating but needed my bike fixed. No apologies only Tim's snarky remarks. After telling the young guy I will wait. Tim spoke up "We cannot always fix it on the spot" was uncalled for after I had brought my bike back from last weeks repair job. Meanwhile other customers were bringing tires to the front desk Adjusting there cleats ext. Again 30 minute wait while sales are juggled. Had Bought a new tube Because of BlackBerry thorns And had the brakes fixed. Got home the brakes are still not fixed.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service at Fanatik Bike, specifically with a…read morerepresentative named Sam. I recently purchased a helmet and thought I had already signed up for the welcome discount code. After I completed my order and looked at my receipt, I realized the discount hadn't been applied. My first thought was, "Oh shoot, I forgot to enter the code." That also made me wonder whether I had actually completed the sign-up, so I immediately signed up for the welcome offer. I looked for an option to cancel and reorder my purchase, but there wasn't one available. Since I acted right away, I reached out through the chat to see if the discount could be applied or if there was another solution. Sam responded by email and simply stated that the discount couldn't be applied retroactively. While I understand that companies have policies, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility or effort to help. I wasn't trying to misuse the promotion--I made an honest mistake and contacted customer service almost immediately after placing my order. Life gets busy, and sometimes things slip through the cracks. I was juggling personal and family responsibilities at the time, and I simply forgot to enter the code before checking out. I was hoping for a little understanding and customer-focused service, especially as someone trying to make my first purchase with the company. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling that customer satisfaction wasn't a priority in this situation. A small gesture of goodwill or a more empathetic response would have gone a long way.
