I had the service performed February 20, 2025, and I apologize as I'm only posting it now. I needed my bike tuned up and checked for any safety issues. After I made the appointment my daughter realized she would like the same service. That was sweet because they come to your house and so we split the trip charge. Our bicycles have been sitting in the garage for quite a few years and gathering a lot of dust and dirt and we were concerned about their condition and safety. Kenny was a very professional and friendly fellow, and he performed a proficient and thorough service. He cleaned up the bikes, checked them for any safety issues, made needed adjustments and answered our questions. He's been doing this for many many years and I highly highly recommend him. My daughter is also really excited about the work done on her bike and the assurance that we can ride these bikes safely now. He also let us know we should probably be buying some new helmets as ours were fairly old. I didn't realize that, but it makes sense as plastic tends to harden and change over time. We will definitely be using him in the future as the need arises. Since there's a service charge for him coming to your home, I would recommend that you have your family and immediate neighbors get their bikes serviced as well.
