My 9mm is old and outdated and hasn't been used in a very long time. I need a more practical gun for my concealed carry class. The salesman really helped with lots of information. He let me get a good feel for each small gun. Not easy to find the right weight with less kick back. Not ready to buy until I check out more options but I woukd not hesitate to buy here. I would've bought the suppressor too if his attitude wasn't absolute s***. They even charged me a restocking fee because I didn't want the suppressor anymore. I'm a Marine Veteran with two tours and never been disrespected like this so I won't be back. I'll happily take my money elsewhere and so should you. Go to Scheels where they actually communicate, actually want your business, actually give accurate back order dates and actually value Veteran customers. As such, when something significant is on my mind (like new hiking boots or poles), you'll most likely find me at REI. This Big 5i is located very close to the 88/395 interchange and I've enjoyed the convenience of stopping there for last minute trip incidentals (like wool socks or a water bottle). I've found this store to be a little dense inventory wise and a bit difficult to find what I'm looking for. At the same time, staff has been helpful and I've had good luck finding what I'm looking for.
