I finally got a chance to try the GBD truck last week at Khoury's - they're currently scheduled there regular Thursdays from 5-9PM, with a set menu (see photos). Service was friendly when I went up to order, happy to make suggestions. Food was out fresh and fast, and the three of us enjoyed a variety of menu items! They're known for their pizzas, which are on the thicker side and in a boat-like shape. The Elote pizza was a good option for us to share. Their Taj Mahal bowl was a hit that both of my friends enjoyed, with a variety of toppings and sauces over fragrant turmeric rice with a tandoori chicken skewer- they also have a vegan protein option. I chose the cauliflower bites and the Baja fish taco - both surprisingly light and flavorful despite the fried preparation. The bites are both vegan and gluten free, and also sharable, and I appreciate that I could get just a single taco here since I wasn't all that hungry. I'll be keeping an eye out for this truck around town to try more of their menu. They tend to change it up a lot and try frequent seasonal specials or holiday specific dishes - follow them on IG for schedule and details.

Delicious is right! Good Bad Delicious is making a variety of amazing foods. The menu is constantly changing with special menus for holidays too. Follow their Instagram for their schedule and menu. I've been able to enjoy their food in the Henderson Booze District and most recently, at Khoury's. The employees on the truck are friendly and welcoming. They take orders and prepare the food without a long wait. My first time trying them was for a St. Patty's Day event. Wow, they offered an awesome and delicious menu. The Shepherd's Pie was flavorful and tasty. The Corned Beef and Cabbage Pot Pie was also flavorful with a buttery, flaky pastry topping. The Reuben Egg Rolls were a favorite with our group, so delicious. The Lucky Charms Marshmellow Treat was so gooey and tasty. This past week I finally made it to Khoury's to try their regular menu. They are typically there on Thursdays. The Taj Mahal bowl with chicken (also offered with falafel) was so fresh and flavorful. What a fun combination of Tumeric rice, a tandoori chicken skewer, mini samosas, roh, and several sauces and chutneys. Every bite of this was incredible. The Elote Pizza was unique. I liked the flavors and variety of textures. It was a tasty item to share, but I'm not sure I'd want this as my main meal. The Vanilla Cake Pop was moist, yummy, and not overly sweet. I'm truly impressed by what Good Bad Delicious has to offer. I'm looking forward to the next time I can enjoy their food! You can't go wrong here.

I'm happy that their menu also includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options--since not all food trucks do. Good Bad Delicious (GBD) is the resident food truck on Thursday evenings at Khoury's Fine Wine & Spirits. So, I paired my craft beer with the Morroccon Cauliflower Bites, which hit the spot. The next Thursday, I had a Baja Taco Bowl with Crispy Cauliflower, which was very good. The cauliflower, rice, and salad portions make it a healthy option too. It came with one tortilla, but I would have preferred a couple more. The food can be enjoyed in the patio, taproom, or seating area in the store. The owners provide friendly service.

Simply incredible! I came across GBD as I was in search of a food truck for a fundraiser to benefit the Las Vegas Valley Humane Society. From the moment Raquel emailed me back, I knew they were going to be perfect partner for our event. She was warm and accommodating, and was genuinely excited about helping to make our event a success. As anyone who has event curated a menu for a community event knows, you gotta consider everyone's tastes and preferences. The variety of light bite options GBD offers made selecting a specialty menu a breeze! There was a little something for meat-eaters, vegetarian and vegans alike. Raquel, Michael and the team were all set up and ready to serve well before attendees started to arrive which allowed me to focus on last minute details inside the venue (which was a HUGE help). And ordering couldn't have been easier! All folks needed to do was present their ticket and Raquel took care of the rest. And, of course, the food was exceptional and presented beautifully. The whole room was buzzing about how delicious everything was. If you are in need of a food truck for your event, I *highly* recommend GBD!

Some of The Best Food I have had from a food truck! In the Brewing District in Henderson at the St.Patty's festival! Food was Hot, Delicious and pretty fast! Everything was tasty and well seasoned. There was a themed menu just for the St. Patty's day event! It was all Good and Delicious and couldn't find The Bad part!

Excellent food and excellent service! Exceeded our expectations in every way! They were easy to work with for planning a pre fixe tapas menu and were kind and helpful to our attendees. I cannot explain how truly delicious the food was! They are at Khoury's Fine Wine & Spirits every Thursday night so please stop by and eat!

Schnitzel Sandwich. Just a tad oily (for me).

What a truck! Great owners passionate about the food they serve! I've had GBD a few times now and each time has been a treat! From their unique pizzas to their speciality items - you can guarantee a full belly for an affordable price. My one remark would simply be to pat dry meats and items that are deep fried! I have a somewhat savage stomach but the oil from a deep fried schnitzel was a tad much! Everything else we've had has been top notch! I'm looking forward to dinner with them again! Whether it's the pizza or the special I know I'll be happily fed!

The menu

GBD (aka Good-Bad-Delicious) is a Food Truck that can be found around Las Vegas. Most recently at the Night Market at Tivoli Village on 8-14-22. They describe themselves as "locally owned and operated mobile kitchen serving uniquely unordinary street food." The owners, Raquel and Michael Van Staden had been in the culinary industry for more than 20 years then decided to go their own way by opening up thier own business focused on unordinary street food. I found their food to be fresh, and tasty and a little different than your normal fare. Instead of just your usual greasy food, they offer "normal", vegan, vegetarian and gluten free choices. Crispy develed eggs, carne asada loaded tater tots, reuben egg rolls, three styles of pizza, pop corn cup cakes, and choice of either a mediterranean bowl or pita with beef, falafel or chicken with a surprizing list of ingrediants. If you are just keping your eye out for some great food from a truck or need a carterer for an upcoming party this could be your go to vendor. I should also note that the prices seemed a bit steep. A Mediterranean beef gyro pita and soda will set you back $20.05.

This was a different concept for a pizza place! Instead of focusing on one kind of pizza like most…read moreplaces, Pizza Rock offers many different crusts and cook times/temps. You can get anywhere from Neapolitan to New York style, Detroit Style, thin crust, even "Grandma style". Our server gave us a little overview of the menu options to help us understand the difference between the types of pizza better, which I thought was nice. We ordered the calamari and the Cal Italian pizza. We were able to order the calamari half regular/half Calabrese so it had a tiny bit of spice to it. Portion was big. Calamari was nothing special, but it was still pretty good. The Cal Italian was a great pizza! Even though it was a sauceless pizza (and I normally like a saucy pizza), I really enjoyed it a lot. The many different cheese types from Asiago to Gorgonzola and parmigiano-reggiano, coupled with the sweetness of the fig and balsamic glaze and the saltiness of the prosciutto, came together so nicely. And the crust was nice and crisp, no floppiness to it which I prefer. Prices were also reasonable and the vibe and decor of the restaurant was cool. This is a place I may very well revisit on a future Vegas trip.

Went here on an early Sunday evening with my wife. I told her this place ranked nationally in some…read morepizza polls and has won some awards so we decided to give it a try. We arrived just in time to avoid the rush. We were seated immediately and was waited on by the bartender. She was very helpful with her suggestions. We started with some chicken wings and some meatballs. The meatballs were full of flavor, perfectly cooked and served with garlic bread by request. We would order that again the next time we visit. The chicken wings were tasty. They were baked, not fried which was good as baked is a little healthier. I ordered the 16 inch works pizza and my wife ordered the 11 inch burrata E pesto pizza. We both have very different taste in pizza so we usually order different pizzas. Upon first bite, I could tell this pizza was a little different than most, in a good way. The bottom crust was slightly crunchy yet light. The sauce and toppings were fresh. It was a delicious pizza and my wife agreed. This is a place we would like to bring family from out of state so that they can experience finer pizza. The restaurant is in a strip mall in Chinatown. Parking is a nightmare depending on the time you get there. The restaurant is very clean with clean and well stocked restrooms. We can't wait to return.
