Balani, Tom James, J Hilburn, King Brothers -- I would rank Q dead last. Even shirts I got online from Charles Tyrwhitt and TM Lewin hold up and fit better (and they're not even "made to measure") The horror stories are too long for Yelp. They packaged it up and told me there is $3 charge for the suit bag. Maybe on a cheap item but on a $500 suit? What a joke.

I guess it was the final day of Black Friday sale. Salespeople we're tired. My reason being there was to try a pair of dress sneakers. Online store told me to come here. That brand Cole Hann offers lightweight shoes with Oxford style. But because there was no arch support and that was only pair that store offers, I chose to wait until they offer a half size bigger. So, I can insert extra cushion in there. I was hoping to try a pair of same brand and half size larger. My salesperson said "that would be too big for you." Ok, let me try a different pair but same brand. He said "we don't have it." That's so discouraging. Then, I started to browse around because I remembered seeing sweater and dress shirts on sale for $24.99. The salesman followed me to the sweater table. But he didn't seem helpful. I became disinterested and I walked out.

There are many different styles and colors to choose from. I had a little bit of difficulty shopping online, so it was nice to be able to go into the store and actually touch and feel some of the products. I actually found this location as a happy accident as I was walking by on my way to another store. They have several different textures that they use for their shirts, including a more hot-weather-friendly one for spring and summer that I ended up buying. Overall, they have a lot of really fun prints and there's definitely something there for everyone. The store attendant, Jonny, was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me to find what I was looking for. He was able to answer all of my questions and make suggestions that ended up helping me with my purchase. Highly recommend.

Extremely high quality and breathable material clothes... loved how their trim polos fit and liked that they offer no-tuck dress shirts (especially great for shorter guy.. couldn't be me of course :P ). They were also super nice to me even while I was returning my blazer which you rarely find from retail stores.

She went over how their process works, asked multiple questions, then pulled some dresses. We understood eachother and had great communication through the tears as they started flowing. I feel like she helped me capture my vision perfectly, that when I finally put that one on, I immediately knew and couldn't stop crying happy tears. I did not plan on buying a dress this day. This was only my fourth appointment, but the only appointment where I feel like I truly connected with my stylist and she understood my style, my vision, and my story which was very important for my dress to reflect. Also to mention the dress was is the price range I gave her from the start! There was no pressure to budge that price range or even buy a dress that day. It was just the one. They even offered us cold drinks, whether you wanted tequila, bourbon, or something nonalcoholic -- such a nice touch. Jordan asked exactly what my husband was looking for, gave great recommendations, and made the entire process feel easy and seamless. The suits were stylish, high quality, and fit him almost perfectly straight off the rack, which is VERY rare for his build. The only alteration needed was shortening the pants. I was greeted with a nice warm (it was frigid outside) welcome and offered a drink. You have options for upscale whiskeys and tequilas. I chose a water. The appointment time was punctual and they began right away. The fitting room was a makeshift curtain cubicle in the back corner but it did the job with a full body-sized mirror. The lighting wasn't the most optimal to see darkly shaded pants though as it blended in with the curtains. The fabric is mainly polyester with some spandex so very stretchable and comfortable. I wasn't rushed when trying on the suit. The staff pinned up my pants and shirt and was efficient. They offered to keep the pins in and let me take the suit to my tailor of choice if I desired but decided to go with them for adjustments. Not the cheapest but reasonable prices for tailoring of a very nice and comfortable suit. Can't wait to try on the final suit and dance the night away in it!
