The cute little old couple who run the place are from Hunan, their english is terrible and their signage is totally wonky, but who cares?! They are HAND-PULLING NOODLES on the sidewalk, right by school! They even homemake their Baozi, dumplings, and fluffy "hamburger" bun. The whole thing is so authentic I even kinda like sitting on their little chairs and inhaling exhaust fumes because it reminds me so much of being back in China.
