First troubleshooter from RbA confirmed frame was not square. Second RbA troubleshooter discovered that the sill plate was warped, due to installers not adding boards to properly support sill plate. Body weight of users, stepping on sill while going in and out, caused sill to warp, thus inducing out-of-square to frame. Second troubleshooter added a sister board to the existing sill support (which the installers should have done, but failed to do so), then hammered in a few wooden shims to warp the sill in the opposite direction in order to get the screen door to work. Not happy to have paid for a $10,000 door with a warped sill plate after only two years of use. Manager told me the installers did the job correctly, so considered the problem fixed. He told me our house had, probably, settled since the install. House hasn't settled 1mm in 50 years. RbA = FRAUD. We're in Montana. Blaming the faulty install on the old house doesn't represent RbA's "certified, master installers" very well. If old houses present a problem, then, perhaps, the "certified" installers should have known enough to make sure the sill plate was adequately supported in order to keep the sill from warping in only two years. I suppose the "old house" excuse will be used by RbA to justify the new weatherstripping from coming loose from the new frame, too.
