Our first time here. This place is in the same parking lot as Painted Tree and Trader Joe's. My husband ordered ham & pineapple pizza and I ordered the chop salad with chicken. Portions were generous and reasonably priced. They have a full bar too. Good place for hanging out with friends, families or even a date night. We will be back!!

I tried something different off the menu and it wasn't my favorite. I ended up with food envy of the pizza around me! The bread was too toasted and while it was packed with goodies it just didn't pack the flavor I desired. We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere as we had kids. Service was quick even though it was busy.

Was in the mood for a good slice, this location has always been my favorite but it the past has been a hit or miss there slices sometimes seems pre made and not the same as if you order a full pizza, but today they knocked it out of the park On our first snow day gooey hot saucy slice with a puffy yummy crust yes! and Mo was super nice

9.5.23: My friend and I stopped in for a bite to eat before going to a music show a couple doors down at The Ranch House. There were seats available at the bar and the ambience was cool and the employees were nice and friendly. We both got the special deal of a super slice (actually 2 decently sized sizes) and a soda. We both went with the classic cheese topping. Blind Onion never disappoints and have easily mastered their cook on a cheese pizza. Of course the braided crust is my fav and pairs so well with their signature side of honey. We also got an order of the garlic bread sticks and they were hot, soft, garlic'y, and delicious. Snapped a pic of the menu (zoom in t detail). Snapped a few pics of the pizza pub vibe. They have specials and a happy hour, see pic for details. They offer brews on tap and a variety at that and if you're into cocktails, they have a huge selection of different hard liquors. There's a big TV and they had the baseball game on. Check out my short video of the bar. It's also worth mentioning they have an open mic night, see pic for details.

Family time

Came to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. She was so happy with her choice of what she wanted to eat. We made reservations and then called ahead to order the food. It all came out at the time requested. The staff were amazing and so was the food. The party room has games for the younger kids and there were a few epic games of jinga.

We live in Sparks, and hands down we order to go from this location rather than the Los Altos one. No matter what time we call on a Friday night, they always say that they'll have our pizzas ready in 15 minutes, and they always do. Same great feel and service as you'd get at any of the Blind Onion locations in Reno. Knocking off a star because it can be unpredictable whether and where you find parking during a busy time. I always plan to park a few blocks away and walk in, though, so I know what to expect.

We've tried their Reno location but this Sparks one on Victoria is our new favorite spot. We didn't know why their crust is so delicious and now we know why, they make it with BROWN SUGA!! To top off the amazingness they also give you honey or even honey with chili flakes and siracha to dip your crust in. We also named this spot our favorite because of the staff. The guy that gave us cool Matthew McConaughey vibes made our pizza with loving care. We felt it in every delectable bite. We will be back in Reno in 2 weeks and we can't wait to go back again.

The best pizza I have ever had. I want to personally that the amazing pizza cook who's zen was amazing. His vibe was so positive that this went into the pizza itself. You my friend have the zen I strive for. And I wish I knew your name and the fantastic lady who is a packers fan who took out order and served the out of this world pizza pie. We will be back for the harmonious zen vibrations and the great pizza in a place of calm.

Absolutely amazing food and service. My favorite location. The crust is perfectly charred. My favorite is the Greek pizza with chicken.

Ask the Community - The Blind Onion Pizza & Pub

Do they have a designated area for a group party? Also, is parking pretty easy here? Asking because there will be a few seniors and I don't want them to have to trek too far.…

You can call and ask about a party room. They have two dining sections and I believe I've seen groups off in one room by themselves. Parking is nearby but it is almost always full. Other parking is close but still a small trek. Your guests will have…

As local Sparks businesses become more corporate, you know that you're supporting someone who lives and works in the community that we love. She also owns and runs "The Ranchhouse" adjacent to P&I which she revitalized as a local destination for great musical guests. Both businesses have a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's not a place where you are surrounded by random "barflies" who don't engage with others or bother you. It's friendly people, good drinks, great entertainment and even as a non-drinker, still a place to hang out with friends. It can get busy but you still won't feel "alone". Bounce between her adjacent establishments on a weekend during the shows or plant yourself in one spot and make some friends. Patrice will always make you feel like a friend she just hadn't met yet. And check out the decor! That's her too!

The sauce is rich without being too heavy and the meatballs are so juicy and delicious. It comes with bread for dipping and I love the crispiness against the warm sauce. This is one of the best sandwiches I've had. I also got clam chowder as my side which was also really good, not too salty. The service was really great! Any of the servers who saw we had empty glasses refilled them or cleared plates. There is a beautiful outdoor patio area, it was about a 30 minute wait. We've been here numerous times, and it is long overdue that I give them the five stars they deserve. The Vibe & Hospitality tucked away in the corner of a shopping center on Los Altos, this is the definition of a true locals' spot. The history here is incredible--the owner, Jim, relocated and rebuilt this business after losing everything in the Paradise Camp Fire. That "rising from the ashes" spirit is reflected in the hospitality. Jim is constantly making rounds to ensure everyone feels welcome. If you get a visit from him at your table, you'll see exactly why this place has so much soul. Jen the manager is also amazing and consistently ensures the service is fantastic. The Patio & Pet-Friendly atmosphere the patio is a great space and is very pet-friendly. We've brought our beagle, Bodhi, and Jim even made a point to come out and say hello to him personally. Those small touches are what turn a restaurant into a favorite. The Food & Drinks the menu is top-tier. A few standouts from our many visits: * The Deep Dish Pizza: A total showstopper. When it hits the table, it literally turns heads across the entire restaurant. It requires a 45-minute prep time, but it is absolutely worth the wait. * Burgers & French Dip: The burger is easily one of the best in the Reno/Sparks area, and the French Dip is amazing. * The Wings: Often wings are just an afterthought, but these are really, really good. * The Bar: They have a solid craft beer selection (the flights are a must) and their Aperol Spritz and French 75 are perfectly executed. Whether you are looking for a great aesthetic, a lively sports bar energy, or just a high-quality meal, this is the spot. Support this local business--you won't regret it.

They had plenty of staff for the Wednesday night, ordered a calzone, after about 20 minutes I received a pizza. So they took the pizza and prepared a calzone, after about another 20 minutes it arrived at the table, meat inside was room temperature at best. Waitress takes it back to warm it up. We were surprised a manager never came over to check on us and apologize. She said that he was in back yelling at employees, never once did a manager address the problem with us the customer! Was charged full price with no sincere apology. I have been in the customer service industry and been a business owner for decades. Always valued my customers as they are the ones keeping the doors open. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am pleased to say once we received hot food it was very good. Hopefully this is constructive criticism and I will see less poor reviews for this place.

And glad to say, that in my experience, this is still the closest we have in Reno to a "soccer bar". This has always been a great spot. Small, yes, but in that casual, intimate, easy-going way that has a lot of charm. Lots of hard-wood finishes, barstools, and TVs to catch what's on. And at time of writing, totally overflowing with futbol energy. There are a good number of bar spaces, tables, and outside seating overlooking the river, which is a BIG draw. The beer selection here is great, both on tap and in cansor bottles. But they also have a decent full-barselection of wines, spirits, and cocktails. Plus, a decent smattering of N/A options. And prices are on par with most other bars in town. Service here has been quite good. Friendly in the extreme, and relatively prompt. Though if there are big, crowded events (such as a game being on), you may have a little slowdown. Plus, the vibes here are just fantastic. The location also cannot be beat, as it is ell placed to enjoy the riverfront and explore more of the area. Though parking may be a bit tight, depending on where you park and what day or time it is. There is also no food options here, but there are plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. All in all, I am glad some of the energy I remember is still here. I will have to come back during MLS or Premier League matches to see how things stand. And with a soccer team HOPEFULLY returning to Reno, I definitely hope we can get the local supporters groups to return here, as well. Definitely a libation spot not to be missed. Cheers!
