Had the most amazing lunch here this morning! I forgot to snap photos but the presentation was beautiful. My MIL and I split the cactus panini and the bloom salad. Both were DELICIOUS. I ended up grabbing an iced coffee to drink while we walked around the greenhouses and it was one of the best iced coffees around. The girls behind the counter were so nice and willing to help with extra plates to split our meals! Would 10000/10 recommend The Bloom Cafe! Super cute little cafe that has the best breakfast in the Mars area. The breakfast and lunch sandwiches are delicious with a great selection of ingredients. The sandwiches can be made half or whole so you can decide just how much food you want. The drinks are fresh and always taste great. They always have a seasonal selection of drinks and foods. My only complaint about the place is the smell. When I leave, I smell like the kitchen for hours after. It is a small place, and they have loads of outdoor seating, so it is not horrible. I think they will eventually get better ventilation to help with the kitchen smells. You will not be disappointed!!! read more

My husband and I went there for the first time and really enjoyed our meal. He had a ham, cheese and onion omelet, which was not on the menu but they made it and I had the best crab and mushroom soup with the grown up grilled cheese that was a dream. Very nice staff as well. My husband only complaint is that the chairs were not very comfortable. But we will go back and I will bring him a cushion. read more

Wonderful place, lots of charm. Food is very yummy and warms your entire body. The coffee here has to be some of the freshest hottest coffee I've ever experienced as for the service, lacking in staff but provide wonder quality food and lots of tender care. Wonderful little cafe with fresh, healthy ingredients and friendly staff. Not a lot of seating but you can usually find a table. Only thing that could be better is if the muffins and cookies they have were kept in containers, they get a little hard sitting out all day. read more

Wonderful little café. Very clean and bright. Helpful, and friendly staff. Creative and fresh food options. I took my wife's 94 year old grandmother here for her birthday and she couldn't stop raving about the Fig Jam panini. I had the Lox Toast and a side salad. The coffee was also delicious. Expensive, $30 breakfast 2 people. $2 Up charge for each croissant, beware they don't tell you that. Dry and not buttery like a typical croissant, very disappointing! Eggs were excellent, bacon and croissant were cold. Seasonal fruit consisted of 1 strawberry cut into eight pieces. Service was uptight and so was the atmosphere. Not an enjoyable cup-of-joe kind of place. I wouldn't go again. read more

We were in Mars for the morning and stumbled upon the cafe when we stopped to checkout the greenhouse next store. It's very cute inside and has a great menu of coffee drinks, teas, sandwiches, soups and salads. I ordered a half of the goat cheese, fig jam and apple sandwich and a small side salad. The sandwich was so good I immediately started thinking about where I could buy fig jam to recreate it at home. The side salad was served with strawberries and a delicious poppy seed dressing. Overall I was very impressed and would definitely come here regularly if it were closer to home! read more

This is my favorite place to stop for lunch. I love the home-y and airy vibe that you get when you walk in. Of course the cute interior isn't the only reason why I stop here, the food is to die for. The menu has a variety of different options but the panini's are by far my favorite. I've gone here at least a dozen times and my favorites are the Breakfast Panini and The Gourmet Grilled Cheese. Both are amazing choices, but of course you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I suggest stopping in if you're looking for a nice little lunch in a great environment. read more

I usually love this place, and I often go out of my way to stop for coffee. But today was a rather disappointing experience. The service was fine, but they messed up both my order and my friend's. She ordered a lavender vanilla latte and they forgot to put the vanilla in hers. I had ordered one of the seasonal drinks, a "winter wonderland latte." But when I took a sip, I realized there was no espresso shot in it at all. I didn't want to be a bother so I just left with my peppermint-flavored milk. Then after drinking a bit, I realized there were globs of chocolate in the bottom of the cup that they hadn't bothered to mix in at all!! I threw mine away without finishing. One mess-up is fine but 3 mess ups in 2 drinks? That's just careless. read more

Love it here. The lavender lattes are amazing. Simple ingredients for food that taste way better than compared to making it at home. I recommend the turkey avocado and the bacon ranch panini. Another great lunch at Bloom Café. Today's was the special of the day tuna salad on farm bread. My husband had the other special of the day, ham and apple on a pretzel bun. Both were tasty. I drive past this business every day on my way to work and have always wanted to visit the greenhouse and adjoining breakfast/ lunch spot. Although the greenhouse is great, and the cafe is very clean/pretty, the wait time for a simple sandwich that is of no better quality than Mickey D's is unacceptable. My boyfriend ordered an egg sandwich with prosciutto, I ordered a half an egg sandwich with ham. 50 MINUTES LATER our sandwiches were done. The bread was not even toasted (nor freshly made) and the quality was poor. It became apparent that they cater to people who order ahead either by phone or internet, because MANY people came in and were given boxes immediately. So by all means if you want subpar breakfast food and want to wait the better part of an hour for it, this is your place. And it's a shame because the staff is otherwise nice. Plus my cappuccino was basically a cup of foam. Very disappointing. read more

I had the misfortune of having a friend recommend Bloom Cafe to me. I came in during lunch hours and waited for over 45 minutes for a sandwich. By the time I finally received my meal I did not have time to eat it so it had to be saved for later. I will NEVER be back to Bloom Cafe. read more
