Pizza took 30 minutes (that was fine) when we went down to get it they gave us a horrible cheese pizza with basically no cheese (we ordered pepperoni) she said they gave her the wrong box and it'd be out in 2 minutes. 2 minutes later it comes out... Same box and same pizza they just threw cold pepperonis on top. Would NOT eat here again. To top it, Service was awful during every encounter.

One of the nights we had Brie and the other we had Sabrina. Both girls were marvelous and went out of their way to be accommodating. The drinks and food are delish! No complaints on the food. We frequented the busy bar while at the pool on multiple occasions and the first days we had great bartenders. On the last two days there was a male bartender who seemed very tired and/ or overwhelmed. I don't mind sarcasm as I can dish it but I didn't love that he used sarcasm on my Mother in law who is older and so sweet but also not one who drinks. She had questions about how to make her piña colada less strong and he was a bit snarky. I get being tired from two jobs or working all day but the job is to be personable... Outside of the bartender, we had an amazing time and good experiences. We hope to go back next year.

To start, I got the Nonna's old fashioned and she got the Bellini, and we shared the meatballs for an appetizer as well. The staff did a very good job at pacing the courses which also included complimentary bread. For the entree's, I ordered the Rigatoni Cacio e Pepe and she ordered the Napoletana. All of the food was delicious! Following the rest of the great meal, the dessert was even better. We ordered the Corleone, which we have now decided we want to try to recreate at home, it was that good. The staff and experience were so good the first time, we actually came back just for drinks and dessert a couple nights later, which we got to enjoy outside as they were setting off fireworks by the Harborwalk. If you are looking for big portions and a lower price, this may not be the place for you. However, if you appreciate the dining and culinary experience, this was well worth it! We will definitely be coming back if we come to Destin again.

The Caesar salad was huge with fresh greens and large pieces of chicken. The chicken tenders were also huge and meaty. And the fries with seasoning were addictive. Instead of addressing the excessive wait or the billing error in a meaningful way, management instructed our server to remove her gratuity from the bill rather than taking responsibility themselves. That response said everything. The problems we experienced were clearly management issues, not our server's. She worked hard under impossible circumstances and deserved support, not to have her tip used as the solution. We made things right for our server, and stressed to her that this was not her fault. The kitchen produces great food, and the restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, poor management overshadowed what could have been a great dining experience. I hope they invest more in supporting their staff and taking ownership when things go wrong.

The food was decent but not great. We had fried shrimp and fish & chips. The shrimp could have been fresh or frozen--it was hard to tell--but most of the breading fell off before even taking a bite. The fish & chips was definitely the highlight of the meal. On a positive note, the service was good. We were greeted right away when we walked in, and staff were attentive throughout.
