There were other vases to chose from, I paid extra for that one. I understood that there may be some substitutions based on available products to meet what was available. I didn't think that would apply to the vase I paid extra for. I didn't think colors outside of the scheme would be added, like yellow, which I purposefully avoided because my mother doesn't like yellow. I didn't think that would mean replacing most of the flowers and removing the elements that made it unique. What was ordered does not resemble what was ordered in any way. The order should've been rejected or I should've been contacted. I was very emotional when I saw it because it just didn't resemble the special sentiment I intended. 2 stars because it was delivered on time and the flowers are healthy.
