Ordered strawberry's last night for my son, no one came to the front for 20+ minutes I had to walk out back and yell out for the third time if anyone was there. I called the store from inside the store three times and no one picked up.. after 5 minutes of walking out back and yelling hello someone finally comes out and he was unapologetic and rude. He seemed like I was bothering him and laughed at the fact I waited very long. I ordered an Edible Arrangement for the first time as an Easter gift for my family. My order was ready at the requested time for me to pick it up and the girl working at the counter was very pleasant. Everyone was super happy with the arrangement. It looked so nice, and the fruit was delicious! Nice and fresh! The pieces that were dipped in the chocolate were also delicious! We were very pleased and will order again! read more

they called us, promised delivery between .1-5. waited all afternoon. Nobody showed. I called their customer service number in connecticut, they said it's on the way, be there definitely between 5-7. Never will I order from edible arrangements. I placed an order a week in advance the order was 2, almost 3 days late. It got to the business 10min before they closed so they didn't get to enjoy them ( after being 2 days late) I left numerous of messages with the shop. Called corporate customer service and sent multiple emails. Not one response. Poor customer service, the worse when they don't return/ emails. read more

The fruit bouquet was a great hit. I ordered it a week ahead of time for teacher appreciation week for a daycare. It was a great change from the normal cookies candies unhealthy food that they usually receive. Everyone was very appreciative. read more

Yesterday, we ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday which is today. At about 5:00 the delivery guy calls my wife saying he was knocking on the door a lot and no one answered so he left. She asked him if he could just leave it on the porch and he laughed and said he's way past there. So I call my mother and she's been home all day and said no one has knocked all day. After, I call the delivery guy myself and let him know I know he didn't knock on her door and he got rude and said that he can't see well at night and that he'll deliver it tomorrow. I informed him that her birthday is today and I ordered and expected delivery service today. The guy was extremely agitated and rude and acted as though I was ruining his night and told me in a very rude tone to call the store tomorrow and just cancel the order. This company should be ashamed of themselves for treating paying customers this way. They are supposed to provide a loving and caring service that people can rely on to deliver their loved-ones a meaningful and thoughtful gift on their special occasions. Do all of yourselves a favor and avoid this store location and entire business in general. There are many other similar companies that would be happy to have your business. Update: The owner, Kyle, told my wife the next day that he would refund us half the price and make a fresh arrangement and have it sent out. At about 5:00 at night the order had still not been delivered so my wife contacted Kyle again and he said it wasn't out with the driver yet to be delivered even though they closed in an hour. She told him just to to cancel it and refund us all of our money. We will never get an arrangement here again and will tell others to avoid them as well. read more

FANTASTIC customer service. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered. They tried delivering it twice and come to find out, I was given the wrong address. The correct address was completely out of their area. Called Kyle and he immediately called another site to have a new arrangement made up and delivered for me to the correct address. I have ordered from this location MANY times over the years with no issues until recently. I ordered a box of chocolate covered fruit for my moms birthday to be delivered. They tried delivering and missed her and left a note to call a number. She called, they said theyd be by again the next day... they didnt come by. Finally, my Mom went to the store to just pick it up - they told her they threw the order out. Ok. You had her phone number to call her. You threw it out - guessing cause the fruit was going bad? Fine. But what then? Do they just count it as a canceled order? They told her to go home and theyd deliver a new order the next day... they did. Like I said - never a problem before, theyve been great. Just disappointed they were so quick to just toss an order and prob wouldnt have followed up on it if my Mom hadnt called and stopped in. Edible Arrangements on Main Street in Nashua NH is fantastic. I ordered a birthday arrangement online (super easy) and they would have it ready within an hour. I chose to pick it up during lunchtime so I could buy a delicious smoothie while I was there. Fantastic customer service too. read more

Messed up my order twice. Make sure you write in the notes field not to forget anything. The first order I did here they forgot the vase and the balloons, and the second order I did here they forgot one of the balloons. If I had not received pictures from the people I had these delivered to I would not have known anything was missing. That being said when they forget stuff they still charge you unless you call and ask for refund on those items. Be sure to get a picture of what you ordered so that you are not over charged for their mistakes. Very unfortunate. read more

The past 2 times I've placed an order I have had issues. The first time- I had received notification that the order was delivered and upon confirmation with the person I sent them to they didn't receive it. I then went on a wild goose chase trying to find out where the items were delivered to only to find, after calling 2 separate customer service numbers, that it wasn't delivered because the driver attempted to deliver after business hours. The second time- I ordered 2 boxes, one of just dipped fruit and the other with the assorted chocolates and dipped fruit. I received the plain dipped fruit box but I did not receive the assorted chocolate box. Instead they delivered a cheesecake box which would have been fine had the person I sent them to actually liked cheesecake. I was not made aware of any substitute and I would imagine that they would want to check due to the possibility of allergies etc. I then reached out to the customer service and I was told someone would be contacting me in regards to the wrong item being delivered. I haven't heard from anyone for 3 days. I don't think I will order from them again. read more

EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE NEW NASHUA NH EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS. A fruit basket took two days to make it to my mother sent from a family member in Taunton Mass to Pepperell. That is absolutely ridiculous not to mention it was not fresh. These are by no means inexpensive and I will contact the corporate office. This was a 70th birthday party that was too long a drive for who ordered this. Then she was given a time frame of 11 -4 the next day to sit around and wait for it. She lost pay thru her job over this. A 5 hour time span for a less than 10 mile ride is completely unacceptable. I order a lot thru them and will no longer. My mother should have never been put thru that. A phone call of when you will be home is all it took. They contacted my sister from Taunton and said they had no number for her. Well that is who took the orders problem but to have my mom wait 5 hours for a day old basket that arrived after 4 it totally unacceptable. read more
