I have been here for a massage about 7 or 8 times since they opened more than 6 months ago, but…read moreafter today I do not plan to return. Although interruptions/distractions did happen during most services I received (once or twice) I came back hoping that they were going through growing pains of opening a new business. The establishment is very clean and the massage was okay; however, I was unable to relax and did not find the atmosphere at all tranquil due to constant distractions and interruptions. Although another employee was at the spa (evidenced by her speaking loudly on speaker phone while walking up and down the hall outside the room) my masseuse answered her phone twice during the massage. She also left the room more than 10 times during the 60 minute service to check on the doorbell (which indicates someone arriving), or to tell the other employee something, or some other reason that had nothing to do with my service.
